Tome of Teleportation

It sounds like the system is checking total level and not wizard or druid levels individually. As such a level 18 or so character (who is only level 4 in wizard) is given the book and can use it.  I will be fixing this bug so that it works as intended when it was designed/created.
  Anybody that has a tome already, that does not meet the requirements as they have been specified, will have the tomes removed at character login time.

Just to report, Talan has never had the tome and if it just checked "is wizard?  is level 14?"  I would have had it since it was implemented.

Code appears fine, who received a tome who should not have?

Orth, there for about a week (when I made this post) it sounded like the code was not checking the correct wizard levels vs. PC levels.  I do think you are correct and that it is working as planned.
