Customizing bug causes server crash

Firstly i'd like to apologize if i caused any trouble to anyone, this was soemthing i was definetely not expecting.

 It seems that whenever i try to customize my Mask of Persuasion, the server crashes when i choose Customize Helmet on the customization forge.

 I tried once, and the server crashed while i was scrolling between the dialogue, tried twice and thought it was some sort of coincidence, even if i wondered it could be the helm or something... And finally i waited some time after the server came up, waited even more to see if it wasn't just the server going down because of people rushing or something, and tried once more. Result: server crashed...

 Reminds me of that issue when people from Central took the boat from Lorindar and crashed the server after swapping servers.
 Might as well be a huge coincidence indeed, but every time the server crashed, it was immediately after i tried to customize my helm...

 Again, i'm sorry for any trouble i might have caused.

This is especially strange as Kobal reported a bug with the server crashing trying to customize his helmet yeserday (a different one).

Well... both Kobal and Syn got their helms as quest rewards from the Nightmare series ran by Storm and Pan, is there some sort of connection here? This is really odd.

[orange]Ahh Orth man, I tried using the new tool on it but didn't work due to it being standard nwn items. So there must be some wackiness with them.  Oxenise the helmets.

I already let Orth know about it but I wanted to add it here so it gets tracked.  Orth's new toy caused my armor to crash the server when I tried to customize it.  Not sure if it is related to this or not.
