These should be roastable in larger quantities than one grain per craft, for IC reasons (throw em in the oven, and roast em) and by precedent of all other grain stuff being makable in either batches of 3 or 5, I cant remember at the moment.
My recommendation as for a number is to make it consistant with the rest of the grain stuff (or about consistent if they vary somewhat.)
