Tales of Duty and Deity

I'm Lance Stargazer, I'm a devote server of Toran and son of a great hero.

It has been very hectic lately, I been traveling in the roads beetween Fort Llast and Hlint, triing to make it safer to travelers, and helping the local clergy of Toran in Port Llast with some errands, I 'm happy to be asigned to this temple for support, Fort Llast has provided an excelent place to live, and help.

This part of the continent it's filled with vicious creatures and brigands, but also there are some decent folk. I've meet some adventures who has proved very trusted and kind.

In this past days I met a wizard named Lalaith Va'lash, whom is powerful indeed, I never has seen such control in arcane powers, not that I'm an expert inm arcane powers also, but he's uimpresive to say the least we traveled together to find a necklace lost by the local bar in Hlint. I ve enjoyed a lot to speak with him for a change.

Life has been good!

I could say its grat to meet new people, I meet a group in a rest place in the Goblin wastelands. They were resting and relax, for their travels, I was traveling towards Fort Llast, carring supplies for the military there.

It was a nice experiencie , since they were playing and answer and question game, it turned to be very intresting,. we spend some time there Then we started to talk about some infeestation by gnolls near the town of Haven, so we readied our weapons to travel there to provide help. The names of this brave adventures were: Buddy Tenker, Lino the halfling, Arandwen, Krill, amoung others.

We traveled to this cave where we meet some mischivious gnolls, we explored the cave beating the moinster and giving to them the holy Justice of toran, Unfortunately When we where about to triump, I let my guard down, and I was struck badly. when I awoke I was vback in Fort Llast, resting in the temple.

This was a great lesson, I will continue my training.

I hope we meet again.

I had a very busy days, The great Leader never stops to showing his Wisdom.

Some time ago I trveled to the Dragon Islands with a solid Group, I was amazed  to see this perople in acion, Our party was formed by Lino the explorer , Boltar the merry dwarven bard, And a wizard named Westany Smith, and me of course, Lance Stargazer.

We traveled to the Dragon Isles, to investigate some Ancient Ruins, We travelled abroad and met awesome creatures, Finally we arrived to the ruins , but the outcome of this adventure is not what granted me learning.

We traveled thru a cave , there was a lot of Harpies in that cavew which attacked us viciosly, me and my companions and I fought them bravely, and by tran grace we were succssful at last but we were hurt, by the razor sharp Talons and confused by the tricks opf those creatures.

After the battle, A female orc warrior aproaches to us, but instead of attacking us, she told us a story about how her tribe was hold by some evil Dark elves. and she asked for help. At leasty I was ready to jump at the nresue pbut this Orc wanted us to give her Money, She wanted about 2000 trues to gather a ransom. She then threathen us.

We tried to make her enter in reason, We could help to rescue their tribe, but she continued threathing us,then suddenly some Orcs flanjked us and attacked fortunately our teamwork was fundamental to overcome this new threat. Even at seeing this, This female warrior stands watching as we fought her brothers.

Finally She asked for the money, not very politely, I must say, It was sometuhing like If you give the mone Me don't kill you, , I spoke to her again triing to prevent unnecesary bloodshed, but she doesn't ear to reason and attackedus, In the End Lino stiokes hard thru her heart and she fall back lifeless.

I was terribly sad about this outcome, I serch in her body for some information regarding the captives, but we were out of luck, we didn't learn anything more, about this.

I prayed to Toran for her redemtion,and for those who were innocent in her Tribe, I asked that he could lead us to a World when we can help every other, no matter their race, without prejuice.

May Toran bless this day and The learning he gave us, We must learn to ear the voice of reason and act by wisdom, Since her failing in this was the demise of her tribe.

I met a fine lady on this past days , she was a fair elven Lady named Laaren, she is an Ilaseran priest as she presented herself, also I've meet Ado, a holy Rofi warrior of Rofirenite, We went to Port Llast and meet with another holy warrior. I'm very pleased to meet Belazar My bother in Duty and Honor and Mandalre Lionsmane A Rofirenite priest, They were crafting amors in Port Llast, we traveled towards the Stromcrest crossroads, and have a nice evening, after those fine gentleman leave us, Laaren and I travelled together for a bit, we helped a to put to rest some souls, that were cursed as undead, Laaren and Myself were a good team, And she's also a a very lovely company, she has traveled a lot as from what she speaks.

I must confess I was uncomfortable at first since the realtion beetween our churches aren't as smooth as the friendship we have developed, it was a good start. She's currently intrested in exploring a fores full of Undead, she seem particulary concerned about destroying this kind of creatures.

I wonder if this is the feeling that father felt when he first meet Lady Pyra, and what would become of this friendship.

I hope to see her again soon.

Blessed Toran That help those who can't help themselves. I pray for your mercy and wisdom, Because of me an innocent got killed.

I carry that sorrow in my soul. I shall confess to you, journal as I've confessed to the Temple.

Last days I've meet an elven Lass in my way towards Lake Allun, Her name is Lara, As She told me she was just exploring te area, looking to increase her knowledge, After we travelled a while we meet witha mighty warrior, who answered to the Name of Shiff Dragonheart,  seems that Lara was versed in the arts of Wizardy, since she mentions her mentor a lot when we met this fine gentleman, also it seemed that The man know the spoken wizard master.

Lara asked Shiff to teach her, Shiff isa  very taciturn man, who didn't understanded what does Lara wanted to learn from him, since he's a warrior, asn she is a wizard, who could tell, that Lara was the one who ending us something, I learned my first elven word, Aala, which means something positive. It is a start I think.

We travelled our way towards the gulf of Bagira, there we were ambrushed by an Goblin Worgrider, who wants revenge for his tribe he told us that his tribe was attacked before asnd severely wounded, We were innocent of that acusation , of course, but he blame us for being not goblins. We tried to speak to him, What could I tell Shiff is a man of few words, and a lot of attitude, he didn`t let him intimidate by this goblin threat and stands ahead showing the threatener his greatsword unsheathed.

The golblin finally retreated for a while , but in a matter of minutes an horde of goblins attacked us, We make the stand, triing to retaliate the offensive, but in the changing chaos of the roaring battle, OçI lost sight of Miss Lara, for a second I feared the worse.

After the last wave of raidrs, Shiff and I started to search for Miss Lara, but what we found was a big surprise for me. We meet another Goblin shaman, jut when we espect another athack we turned to be a slave goblin of the tribe, he wanted to thank us for saving him, He insisted in following us and serve us. there's when my failure started, shiff trid to make the goblin run away, I instead tell him tht there's only a way he could thank us for freeing him, I ask him to renounce the evil way of their kind and become a force of good. This reacton of mine obviously was too much for the confused creature, ans My companion Shiff make a loud critic about that.

This little fellow presented himself as Big Juju, and he told us he posses great magiks, finally Larra aperaed after some searching, She moved towards the way to call for aid, when she arrived She was shoked with the situation in which Shiff and I were involved.Big Juju, turned to be a very insistent goblin, he talked about getting richer serving us, I started to sepeak of Toran to him and how can his divine wisdom inspire us to change the world and achieve the joy of do what we must, and the graeat rewards that helping peoples carries over us. Inner peace.

Finally the goblin asked to walk with us to a Toranite Temple so he could convert to Toran Religion, I was unsure about this, wisdom adviced that w must prepare people for the arrival of Big Juju, but finally we travelled towards Fort Llast, when we arrived at Haven , the guards go crazy and slay the poor Juju's on his feet, I couldn't stop them , and by my failure the goblin was killed and that burdens my soul now  I approached to the goblin body and raised him in my arms. The guards seemed happy to perform her so called " duty.". Lara was on my side this time as we explained to the guard the attrocity she just commited that day. But she didn't show any concern about this. she turned her back to us and continued his patrol in the town, I declared to The Toran's temple this attrocity, If we continue to perform such acts of racial hate towards other races, The only sins Big Juju commited was being a goblin and trust that humans will respect his life.

I'm sorry for this Big Juju,  I raise a plea to Toran that he recive you in his realm, since you dead as an innocent.

I sang a Hymn to honor your death and tries to ammend for my shame, Father what would you have done in my place ?

I bury him in th hills near Fort Llast so he could be at least near the Toranite temple, and be close to Toran.

Oh Great Leader help us to understand, and teaches how to stop the sword, when it is necesary, so aren't we here to defend innocence and stop Villany, not to commit Villany in the name of Justice ?.

Dear Journal .. I have you so forgotten.

Well Toran has been genorous to me...

I got a lot of things to say...

I'm still improving my tailoring skills, and I have started exploring the art of Alchemy, that will let me do healing potions and bandages for helping in my travels and to the temple.

I've meet some interesant people during last months. The most notorious are a group of small people, I think they're goblinoids, we must have an eye upon them because they're quite skillful adventurers, as I saw them they're a bit confused about the world because they act at least for the attitude of the one I think is the Leader, Nonac Foamwolf, he thinks that everyone is against him, he feel the hatred of centuries of racism, I'm not saying every member of a race labeled as evil must be trusted, but they 're those who enjoys the wicked and madness of evil , and thjose who are like that because no one has lend a hand to them. I think Nonac and his group falls in this category, re must keep a close watch upon them, even as they have tasted the taint of evil, I think is fueled by desire of comprension than evil itself. They can be saved. I hope I'm not wrong about this, but i won't hesitate in strike them down if they're beyond salvation ... Praise Toran...  

I've tried to put Toranite temple under notice of this, we must keep a close eye upon them.

Toran be praise that showed me the way of friendship

A few weeks ago I've meet a strange people, fine people but strange, As far as I understand they're like family, Abigail Firestead , the pink haired lady, and his uncle Marcus also a Fruiend of they names Eghaas. I haven't toldo you this also, In the past I've teamed witha master Dwarf that answer by the name Omicron, or just Omi for those enought lucky people who can call it friend. we've teamed to enter the Red light goblin cave, theose creatures still atacking the merchants, so we enter and drive them back to the botom levels, but they always come back. Well it was after one of this ventures in the cave I've meet this girl named Abigail, or just Abi, Toran grant me patience for her, she started to tease me the moment i spoke to her, I still remember it She seems shocked when I called her " lady ". She tell that she is not enough old to be called like that, infact she is not, but I did it in the sence of Ettiquete. Well, we spoke little with Omi, and after some minutes , Omi told me that Captain of Haven Kit are in need of some help to get supplies. So we travel to Haven, As we arribed Kit seems to be very worried that day and it was not possible to talk to her that day, but we stayed in Haven for the rest of the evening.  Abi showed me to trat the cows, and to feed them. Then Eghaas appeared, our meeting was a bit unconfortable since he presented himself as a a friend of Abi. A few hours later I left Haven towards the temple of Llast,

A week after this , I  meet Marcus in the very same spot when I meet Abi, in the campfire near the Red Light Cave. We spoke a lot, again Abi started to tease me... I felt very confortable with this people. We spoke of our past, Abi and Marcus are util now the only people outside of the temple that have heard about my past and my grief, We speak as if we have been friends for year, I showed my mother's memento, The white hair braid I trasure with all my heart. This braid as you know was the las t gift of my mother, or so was what Andros said when I awoke in the ship.

It felt very nice to speak of the sadness of our souls with someone else. Everything started when I mentioned to them that  I lived in the Temple of Llast, seh mentioned that someone very loved by her used to live there as well, It seems I ahave a natural talent to make this girl sad, For the things she said, Her friend is gone, I don't know if dead or just gone, She depressed a lot, I try to change the tide of the conversation, we started talked about family... And yes I did it again, she began to pour down on bitterness as we spoke of our mothers, she said that she has inherited her hair, and that was everything she has to remember her. After i told them part of my story, she felt more light of spirit, I think everyone in the camp feel better about our lives.

In the end I got something positive, Abi told me how to take care of the hair so my mother's memento will last almost forever.

Well dear journal, Strange are the way that Toran Show us his Wisdom, Or may I say put us to a test ?

I'm improving at the alchemy and Tailoring art I've chossen a a hobby, well in fact I've done my first bandage. and use it quite fast for some one. This will become useful , but I still have a lot to learn. I barely remeber Mother... well Pyra making us potions and brevages for father and me. Well not more words about this, that you should remember those days better than me dear diary.

That day started with the morning prayers and helping with some chores of low importance at the temple, I lend some clothes to some pilgrims, and then escort them to Hlint. From there they make their way back to Haven, So I sarted with my rounds after drinking some water and present my respects to  Captain Alice.

I went thru the first part of the Silkwood forest to make the first round. I've heard in Hlint that the spiders had become quite active in the region, so I went to check. I was shocked at first impresion since when I entered the deeper woods, every bug was in hide, it seems that some patches of earth were scorched, I walked cautionsly searching and listening, there was a tense calm in all the forest. Finally after some exploation I saw a fight.

Do you remember diary when I meet Indis in the forest,and I have to save her from those spiders, well that moment remind me of that so much. The only thing I saw was a sword fighting against two spiders, I ran into the fray, to help the unidentifiied victim, When I arrived, I started to make a cover stance, so the strange could withdraw from teh fight in case he or she were badly harmed, but it stayed to fight alongside. We finished those bugs in less than a minute, Then I was shocked again to se that the one what I have helped it was just that a floating sword without a body to wield it.

-Well ... the sword could have done that alone, mister- I heard an angry voice at my back, I moved out so I could see the floating sword and the newcomer, but I didn't see anything. I make a step back to have improve my defensive position, at least agaist the sword, then she appeared, from nowhere apperared a young elven lass, She seems a bit angry but not violent, I put down the guard without stopping to watch them then I introduced Myself, She gave "the look" when I said I was a knight in service of Toran, well untl now I have understanded that some people visualize us Toranites as a petulants full of pride people who don't understand people and think of ourselvers better than everyone, and this lady seems to had that impresion, that changed in little time.

Well She said she was also an alchemist, when I tod her of my hobbie, she wishes me the worst of Luck in my alchemical training, becasuse i was her competence. *sighs*, this looked very bad. Then I stopped that the size it was, I started to tell her , I haven't done anything to her, I was there triing to help, and If its true I never expect a reward for what I do, also it's true I don't expect also to be recrimined for my presence o my belief. We started with the wrong foot this conversation. Then all angry in her face dissapeared and a little smile was drawn in her face, Then , and only then she shared her name to Me: Jaelle Thornwood.

She explained me that she is a sorcerer triing to improve her alchemy, and ventured into the woods, So we say goodbye, I had real people in need to attend. I was hoping to calm down for that last moment, I traveled the forest when I turn on a there was her, Jaelle again, well she dedicated me a strange glare, I continue my way just nodding at her, she answered my nod almost politely.

I traveled the forest for a while, then I go back to he campsite near Hilnt, and you won't belive who was there.... Indeed Jaelle Thornwood was there like if she was expecting me. I inmediatelly learned that was not the case, She stand where she was and with calmed expresion that betrays the inner fury she had inside asked ... Are you following me, Toranite ?

What could have I answered? That's was not the case , but she seemed to be everywhwere I go. I collected some bug for my alchemy skills while I was in the forest, so I asked her... Don't tell me you're going to the tower near Hlint please..

She seemed shocked at the question, then started to laught loud, and Answer, yes good sir, I'm planning to go there, I asked If she would be bothered if I go there as well, She asked then if I had a lady to fight for, I answered Thrutfully to that date, The answer was No... She then started to look intrested in me, She started to tell me sweet things, grab my hand meanwhile we walked to the tower.

We ended that night in the Wild Surge Inn, I invite her a drink and a meal, and we ended as a really good friends, It was really strange that ending, We chat for a long tome , I explained about my faith and proyects, also some of my past was unveiled for her. I give her those badger gloves I made before, she needed them more than I, She then kisses me in the check and give me a a really strange look, it was like inviting, but a bit strange. She stayed there for the night.  And I got back to the temple.

Next day I traveled to Port Hempstead to make an delivery of Sand to Jako Stonehill, and his Angels, Meanwhile I was traveling it was really strange, I was thinking in that look that Jaelle gave the day before, Then Everything comes onto me, she wanted to be the lady I fight for, It was really strange, she thinok of that on me, I'm a Toranite after all, she is a nice person when she is not angry to see me.

Wehn I arrived to Hempstead, Toran has really unexpected surprised there, Jaelle was there also just by the gates like if she where expecting me again, We noded each other as we passed and smile by, I see that look again, and than dissipate all doubt.

After I make the delivery of the Sand , I go to the crafthall and stared to make a dress for her, it would be a simple dress, but it will show her my apreciation, only time will tell, if this comes to a well ending, Until now Toran has guide me to her, and for that I'm thankfull, at las I have a new friend...

Toran be praised for those opportunities that turn in something good.

Of the making of a dress...

Praised Toran, that teaches to get better even in the most mundane chores.

Hard days I have left behind, while I was on my rounds i had the chance of getting some fine cotton for the dress, the most hard of this wasn't the waeving , but the picking, i only wish the best materials for this dress, after a a hard week of work it 's finally over now, I just have to add the final details, I've picked the color and design, unfortunately I haven't seen  Jaelle since I meet her near Hlint, she was traveling across Alindor for the last I know. I hope to see her soon. Well this give me time to have the dress enchanted, so it would be useful also, Fire protection I think will serve her, she seems to love burn things a as main form of defense.

In the past days I have been a bit taciturn, and strange, I think of Jaelle with some frecuency, but Toran gave me more than one chances to help people who's around, The red light are still ammasing their war parties upon the roiad From Hlint to Last, they keep me busy, I went to Hempstead t make another delivery of Sand and finish the dress. That day I've meet a strange person near the fountain, He said his name is Sall, he was a bit nervous when I started questioning him, I stoped bothering because he haven't done anything wrong, But it will be worth to put him under close vigilance. I cannot believe we ended talking about he dress I just had finished, He warned me about ladies, as he said they only like me if I keep in giving presents, I don't think Jaelle would be like that.

Then the weirdness started, To the fountain arrived a couple of foraigners who insisted in share some wine with us, they insisted too much I must say, finally they took Sall towards Fort Wayfare, I followed them to make sure Sall was safe., Eventually the little man show us he know how to take care of Himself, since they wanted him to go with then unnarmed to a empty room. Eventualy they left the city, I haven't seen those strange fellows since then.

Sall left towards Hempstead , and I went back to Fort Llast.

Praised be Toran... That allow us to see what's beyond th glimpse of the casual encounters

Dear Journal... People who need help come in really strange ways.

Last day I've spend some days in Hempstead with the dress making and gathering Aloe, I've heard that the Angel's guild pays well for a full box of Aloe, I already have an almost full box, Entering the kobold territoty will allow me to get distracted, to the date I have no notice of Jaelle or her whereabouts, I'm worried, after all I'm making her a dress, not in expectation or something, I just have the desire of give her a present, and to know more about our future. It's been almost a two months since I see her.

When I was approaching near the Kobold territoty she appeared, a badly wounded lady almost crawling out of the camp, I run to help her and ask Toran for a miracle that cause her to stop bleeding. I was shocked, even with all those painful wounds she seems happy to be alive, and thank me in the best way a knight could expect, She makes her smile wider an say the magic words. " Thank you Cuty "

That make me blush, and I hope she didn't notice my face behind the helm. Father would never had blushed in this situations that's why he used a clean face, with no helm. I'm not strong enought. Shame on me.

She introduced herself as Sil'via In'Drasus, and then explained what almost cost her life to acomplish a mission for Captain Trent back in Hempstead, It seems that the Kobold Task master had another magic stick, and Trent needs it to be removed, She makes me alook with a puppy eyes as she ask me for help. It's a look a man couldn't easily ignore, I told her that it would be better to rest before we undertake such incursion, we moved near the cotton farm that is by the road to Velh, I didn't know at that time that her was a competent fighter to say the least, and I had the chance to help a lady in distress, by Toran's sake, helping people really feel good, I was thinking in which strategy would be better for the incursion, then she took me off guard, when we sat to rest, she leaned on me and fall asleep with her head in my Lap, Now I was blushed, I couldn't rest like that, it feels really weird. when she wake up, she began to change to new clothes right there not acring who was around nor where she is, I closed my eyes but she seemed to be like in home doing that. Then we started our trip, We found close to none resitance in the Kobold camp, we cornered the task master and tried as always to make some reason into him. As usual those kobold with power, the only way to force reason into them is by sword in his heart. It pains me to kill him, but evil must be punished.

Well Sil'via seems quite happy to have the stick and thank me with a great smile again, she started to call me Cuty from there, meanwhile we were leaving the kobold camp ( now with a full box of aloe ), she started to sing a beautiful elven song, It cheered me up, in my travels I usually doesn't have time to hear bards, she is quite skilled in the singing, in some way remind me of Laaren. well , it's jumps to the sight that Sil'via and Laaren are totally opposites in their beheavior, but I see in Sil'via's eyes the same passion for the music but as opposite as their behaviors, Laaren music was like water calmed and soft, Sil'via's music was like fire impetetuos and fierce, now that I mention it it was just like her eyes disguised in an emerald green.

After We finish with this endeavor, she said that she asked me to travel with her to the Ire Mountains, I cannot say the company was not pleasurable, and she still was in need of some help, the travel was full of music and laughter by her, I feel really weird with this girl, I must say, she seems to be quite a child trapped in a young woman body. She walked alongside me , for some moments she took my hand and smile in my ear, I must say I was shocked with that. Was she flirting with me? Why?

At that moment I thougth she was just playing with me, some child game of travel with the knight of Toran, but there's now way I could turn her down, she asked me to help her, so it was my duty to protect her as long as the travel last, she said she needed to gather some mushrooms, we met some gnolls in the wilderness, then I see her really for what she was, a quite capable warrior, well for her age. After some hours of strolling inthe mountains, she started to run towards a lake  like searching for something. I followed her to ensure she would be fine, then she stopped and sat near one of the shore of the lake. She again changed her clothes. I turn down my sight but then she come near me and made me sit beside her holding my hand with her both white hands. Then she said " Oh so sweet of you dear Lance, to bring this lonely woman to hart shaped lake, you're so a cute." I did not even noticed that when we arrived at the lake, I haven't been in that part of the mountains and It was like she has that prepared that to be alone with me. Then she kissed me in a cheek.


I feeled a very deep pain in my very soul, Jaelle came to my mind, I haven't seen her in so many time, And I was still carryng that dress on my backpack, as a sad reminder of a silent promise. I have failed to her, well, not in the strict way, but knowing this was not helping. I step back, to Sil'via surprise.

I'm sorry, Sil'via - I said to her - before we continue on this, I must speak with another lady, to make my toughts clear -

Before the initial reaction she had of getting really surprised, she gave a sweet look and came close again, passing her hand over my chest meanwhile she passes by my side telling me " Well friends can do a lot of things ".

We continued our stroll for some hours more, and finally we said goodbye near the point when we first met. She thank me with another kiss in the cheek, and turned his back on my walking towards Hempstead singing the same sweet song of before.

That was certianly a strange stroll, A test of Will imposed by Toran? A chance to bring some happines to a lonely lady?

I enjoyed the this day dear diary, I still hear that song and treasure it in my memories, I hope it remain there for long time.

Jaelle I'm really sorry about this, If there's a sin in my actions I'll atone for it, But I must know the truth amoung us.

I'm sorry Father , for using your lastname, I know I'm not ready for it, not worthy enought, But today, I need you more than ever, I need to feel you are near me, I need your support. You've been always my example, as Toran as been my guide. There are something I need to speak with you.

I have to speak to you of Honor in our name, Toran has teached me that Honor is a great treasure it must be keeped and cared before almost anything, he also had teach that in a humble beheavior Honor will be granted, he teached me to be a humble and shun pride of doing the right thing, because excesive pride leads to a clouded judgement, and blinds us to see the people who need help.

I have spoken of Jaelle to you, also I just meet a strange girl * Lance Smiles a bit as he remembers the song *, this Sil'via  In'Drasus, in fact all of this doubts have come are the outcome of my meeting with her, well better to say to his father.

I have endured one of my finnest tailoring works, The dress I made to Jaelle, embroided and soft, as her hair, and red as the fire she uses as a trademark, *smiles with satisfaction at seeing the dress* it only lacked only a final touch, One unfortunately I cannot do myself.

I traveled to Hempstead, to pay a visit to The Angels Guild, my friend Jako or his wife Sala could help me to make this dress enchanted, they've done it in the past. When I arrive their guild, seems that Jako and Sala were a bit busy, They just made the time to say hello, and directed me to a man by name Rain Darsus, I've heard this name before, or I must say I've readed it in the front place of the guild, this man was the founder of this place also I noticed it keep some resemblanse to Sil'via's lastname, I catch him up just before he leave the guild, he  seems a taciturn man, stern and Calmed , but with a look full of suspicion or should I said frustration. He goes back to bussines I asked him to enchant the dress, I ask for the use of my credit, but it seems that Jako haven't put my credit line to the date, In the end Rain checked the last transactions, and become aware of the omision, I pay the difference for of the enchantment, and made him enchant it. So it was finally done, I just need to find Jaelle now.

Once the bussines was done, I asked him he was family with Sil'via, then I saw how his eyes filled with fear, before he answered doubtful " She is My Daughter, why ?. He seems quite upset after this , I was thinking I've said some thing innapropiate, but then he ask me " What has she done now?, Is she in trouble with The church of Toran ?. I can pay for anything she broke.

I smiled for the thought, he was worried about the girl, when I just call her name, Rain must be in trouble for her very often, I soothed his preocupation, saying , "I've just meet her some days ago", He spoke of her like if he was a bit frustrated with her so called "rebel daughter", I'm not to going to tell, he seemed angry at her, he sound worried about her, like only a father could worry about his beloved sons. I hope you understand him better than I do Father. HE also said that she is a very proud girl, she takes her lastname at core, and use it with pride.

When I heard about the pride of her family, I just needed to speak to him of you, and my roots, my promise to not carrying your name until I'm worth of it. Quest I'm long to complete, but then he said I have no right to say that, If I really respected my Lastname I must use it without remorse, and no promise should keep me for using it, I explained my reasons but he seems to be a really stern man, he said I'm wrong in my thinking and I must honor my parentes using my true lastname, I explained that the last name I use is the one of My natural mother, then he made an intresting suggestion.

Dear Journal of my confidence.-

Today I was another day full of the glory of Toran, I traveled near the lake Allun, when I meet my old Friend Quintas, yes that Aragenite Monk, that I've meet some days ago, he as usual share the current news of the land, He told me that people in Haven are gathering to help the local goverment, so we traveled towards there, In the way we met Nonac, yes that goblin surely has improved his attitude towards the people and towns, I hope my conversations with him are at least a bit to blame for this improvement.

When we arrive to Haven, there was reunited a group of people, New adventurers I must say, I've meet my two old friends Abi amd Berak, I was raising my shield to withstand Abi teasing of the day. But she seem happy enought to ignore the knight for this moment. I've learned that she and Berak are a formal couple now, I gave their my blessing, Amoung the others was two man who make quite impresion on me that day. One of those was a spellcaster by name Timuty , and the other a warrior clad in a heavy armor that answered to the name of Chaynice Buld'umur, I was discussing the strategy of the mission with Berak and Abi, when she came singing by the road.

Sil'via In'Drasus made her entrance by the west door of the town, singing and showing everyone her stunnig beauty.

She started to say hello to everyone in her particular happy way, then she aporaches me running saying " Hey Cutey four "

That statement really shocked me, four. aT that moment I was so suere about my theory about our last trip, she was just playong with me, but then she came by my side and took me by the arm, making me getting far for the group. Everyone seems to see this as normal, How deep she wanted to carry on this game.

On that evening I saw Sil'via flirting with almost every guy in the group, I learn a lot of intresting data I learned that This Chaynice is really resented at Toran and his followers, I've learned that he was also under the afecctive flirt game of Sil'via, I think He was the Cute Number 1, I've learned from him that his dad was a Paladin of Toran and his Mother a spellcaster, He despised me in the moment I introduced myself as a Toranite, he toldme straight that his father leave them to do Toran's will, so at his eyes we are a bunch of false predicatives. I tried to make him understand That no knight is perfect, we are still mortals, We can make mistakes even as a Toranites. He didn't ear me that time and just say something like yeah, right as long as you fight as sharp as you speak.

We made a camp for preprations, It took some time for us to get ready, and got organized, When I praying for te miracles of the day, I heard some noises by the road, when I came out I saw Sil'via in the floor all wet, And that man Timuty laughting at her, I stand in front of her and help her to raise, she was really angry at him, at the moment I stood in the middle of they both I thought That that was part of the Sil'via game with Timmoty, I tried to make some reason in the group, everyone was laughting. Sil'via throw me a killer glare, the rage seemed to fill her green eyes, She stand up turning her back to me, like if I had all the fault was mine, This event was tearing the group morale, I tried to fucus people onto the mission we had ahead of ourselves, Sil'via now throw me a killer glare. She was such childish. But I have undesrtanded then That Timuty was not one of her cuties, He attacked her on purpose.

Well, We entered to the cave , but the dission in the group made us fail at the very beggining of the cave, we were ambrushed by a gnoll war party, I stand in the way of one of the monsters and Sil'via, the next thing I remember is getting awake in the outside of the cave, I got badly wounded and fall while i was protecting Sil'via, Fortnately, everyone else seems to be  fine. I got up of the tent I was and  see Timuty right there, He was taking care of my condition, the whole group was there waiting and resting, He greet me and show his concern about my condition, I was almost full restored surely thanks to the healing cares of some member of the group.

After some time, the group seemed decided to disband, I stopped Timuty, And watching Sil'via there still furious, I ask him to apologize to her, the next minute was so hectic , he refused to do it, because he said she deserved that. Sil' then lost her temper, And raises with her sword at hand ready to attack, in aminute Timuty started to attack everyone with magics to contain, eventually he dissapear, Saying he was not the one to blame, that he has done anything wrong. He also said that he was not affraid of her neither her father.  And then he left invisible letting a Sil'lvia really hurt in her pride, I came near her and offered my help, but she didn't gave me time to anything. When she saw me she refused my help, and began to run criing to the outside of the town. Asking for being alone.

I started to run but she was really fast, I lost her track near Hlint, I asked to the people in town, and They indicated me that a girl with her description had been seen in the road towards Fort Llast. so I was on her track, after some time I was in the goblin wastelands where some mercahnts instructed me about a girl running thru the Silkwoods, I'll move to the deeps of the Silkwood. Surely that day Toran was my guide because I saw Sil'via's Trail as the best of the trackers, She seems to have some experience in the forest, she refuged near the temple of Folian, she was devasted.

I asked her permision to sit near her, she needed help, It kills me to remember her eyes at that moment, We spoke about this Timuty, she tell me a lot of things about her family, she said that we must make him pay or else her dad will kill Timuty, she told me that her dad once killed a whole town he alone, I lend her my shoulder to cry, I convinced her that the best way to resolve this case is the lawful way, We need to learn to forgive, She said that she would press charges, She was worried also for her friend Abi, in the exchanges of words Sil'via was resented to her for not backing her up. I lend her my hand and hug her so we can continue our journey, Now I owe her a dinner. I escort her near Hlint to rest, She said that she must go and speak to Abi. After some more words she gave a warm smile, and kissed me again in the cheek.

So she leave that day, with a smile I will remember for long time. a smile I help to make. Now I understand her she's not playing with me, she doesn't know what she want, like if she had a deep need of attention. I must take care of her, she is dangerous to herself.

Praised Toran, that help me understand that good , doesn't always come in form of Justice or thriump over evil, but sometimes in giving the right words to person who needs them.

Toran be praised, Today I did my rounds in the road, The temple has been very busy with the werewolves spreaded latelly in th woods, a lot of sows and some people has been

lost, Sister Clarissa is doing her best in this matter, of that I've heard, I ven't seen her in a while also, the temple resourses are quite at their limits, I'm still giving the little money I

can to help mantain the temple, And the rounds are getting hard day by day, The ambrushes of the Red Light goblins continue,  and I have the honor of being the only knight

assigned to that area, I must strive to make the best work I can. Fortunattely , there are a lot adventurers that present an ocasional help.

I was just about the temple when I meet a Rofirenite priest, that answered to the name of Krell Himmel, he presented himsel asaKnight of the Wyirm, and he said he was traveling

the zone searcing to Uphold the law. We traveled for some time together as I do my patrols, we spoke abot law , he seems to be a very determintaded person, It's good to have

help here, in the past It washelpful to have Rofirenites in the zone.

I left him near Hlint as he continued his travelers and I go back to my rounds.

Later dear Jornal I've meet some people near Hlint, this was really strange , I meet two travelers there, excuseme if I don't remember the name of one of them, he seems to be like

a giant, standing like seven feet, and the other a young lady by name Ayana, Later in that evening arrived also more people, An elven lady by name Iellwen, that seem to make

notes about everything., later that day I learned that she was studiing the customs an getting knowledge in human lands, quite a task I ust say, since she seems to be really

naive in or way of living, also with her was another woodsman, very mysterious. And Chaynice also showed up later

Some time after those two arrived, Si'lvia came into the town, running wild as usual, She ran towards me and held my hand, sayiing that she needed my help, To say the truth I

don't remember what did she said, the moment she toch me, I was assaulted by a quick succesion of Images, of war, death and suffering, I step back for the pain, Sil'via was

surprised, I asked her what was happening, and explained her what did I saw, she seems sad to hear that, and said  -So you see it too?- She did not want to explain that in those

moments. And sheand thhe rest of the group starting to move towards Haven, There she explained us, I 'm really sad to hear that Sil'via is under a dire curse, She has checked

with sme tempes, and no one could help her till the date, she spoke that in her visions there are also a white wizard and a Inn, I pray to Toran, that more info would be revealed so

we can help her, At this point another traveler showed up, his name is Jaigan , who seems to knew Sil'via and Chaynice, he also was shocked to hear the news about the curse.

she explained us that some time ago while traveling with a group, their group meet a Lich and some shadows, the ich alone is problem enoughtm It'sa very powerful Undead born

from ambiton and Dark Magics, The lich absorbed the two shadows, and then touched Sil'via with a shadow staff, Then the lich disappeared and thegroup become attacked by a

horde of Undeads those fall easily acord to Sil'via's Words. I came near Sil'via yo show her my support, Up to that time i Had not noticed I was being carefully observed in a not

very polite way by the mysterious woodsman that was with Iellwen, Then he approached Sil'via and started to speak with her in elven, Well I was now wofficially out of the

conversation, I thoughat that moment I was in minutes to know another one of Sil'via cuties, but much to my surprise, Sil'via introcuced this man to me as Elgon In'Drasus, He is

her brother, I presented him my respects and also introduced me, he dedicated me a killer glare, and say something like "Nice to meet you, now please stay away from my

sister". Sil'via reacted with a laught, She explained that Elgon was an overprotective brother, she said also that Ayana , was also her sister, She have told me in the past that she

has another brother who is also a Toranite, wuth those two there that make 4 brothers. Quite a Family.

Afer this te group dissbanded, But I needed to settle things straight for Once, I spoke to Elgon before they leave, He said that he must take care of her Sister and Sil'via doens't know how to take care of herself, well at that point I say to him that I'm up to no harm, I'm a knight in servce of Toran And I wanted ro protect her, just that. For a moment his eyes  sparkle with disteust, but I offered my hand to him, he made a strong grasp, and we promised to take care of her, and said it would be good to me to take care of her.... a silent but ...materialized in the air. Then we mover north and In the lake Allun One of out group was attacked by one deer, Jaigan defended himself, grantinfg to the animal a quick and painless death. Ayana was shocked by this, and started fighting and blaming Sil'via for this "attrocity" and thern this lady beguin to run criing., now I know that this is maybe a family custom, Sil'via said Goodbyr to me with quick kiss on the cheek, and those two began to run after Ayana.

I spend the rest of the evenig with Chaynice, and well now we're good friends, i hope One day he'll learn to forgive his dad, and feel the embrace of toran Again, he seems like a quite decent folk, but the hatred in his life blinds him for the teachinsg of the great leader.

A day has passed since my last encounter with the InDrassus famly, My travels to Hempstead are becoming more often, And well  I enjoy this because it let me help people amoung the way, It's a shame there are no place to do my tailoring near Hlint, travel to hempstead takes a long road, but this travels have his rewards, It's good to see how this city prosper, also I've made really good friends that live there.

Near the cotton farm, I meet with Iellwen, and other travelers, we start speaking about ourselves, i'm rallyamused about this lady comments, she speak is thoughts in a vry direct fashion, she is still learning about the customs of our people, but it's fun to hear common things from another point of view. Well it was fun until she started to say I like Sil'via for a couple, he even called me to be Sil'via's Lover boy, that was outrageous, I explained to her I help Sil'via because she needs help, That she is just a good friend of mine but before that, alady in distress, She write every thing I said in a traveling notebook she carries everywhere, She explained us that she is writing and drawing everything that could provide knowledge. She started to make a quick sketch of me in my shining armor as she described, After some time, she said. " Oh I almost forgot to write that Lance likes one of the sisters ". Well I guess it can be helped when this lady believes something, it's quite hard to dissuade her.

I said farewell to them as I moved towards the city, The temple needed some cloaks for pilgrims, so I went to the crafthall to perform my duty and make some cloaks, this will help the temples saing some resourses, those are vital this days, with the werewolves roaming the region, I would hope to be stronger, so the temple could consider me for such important endevour as that, but I must obbey and fulfill my duty, a chain is broken by the weakest link, so i must trrain hard and follow my superior orders, So they could do theit work much in an appropiate way.

When I arrived to the crafthall, I meet with Sil'via and her brother Elgon, they were speaking with another lady, in a very familiar way, I approached to say hello to them, The moment Sil'via saw me, well it seems like I saw the sun shinning.

*Lance stops suddenly a the moment he realized what he has writed , Then smiling he erased the last line and start over. *

When I arrived to the crafthall, I meet with Sil'via and her brother Elgon, they were speaking with another lady, in a very familiar way, I approached to say hello to them, The moment Sil'via saw me, she greet me and introduced the lady, as her Sister Huntamara In' Drasus. Well that's it with her they're five children of that half elf, Wow, I queston myself how can they have such a family, Huntamara seems aquite Mysterious lady, I must tell this family have the bothersome custom of speaking amoung them in elvish, letting me out of that conversation, I've started to learn some words from those conversation, but I'm still not sure about their meaning. Huntamara was very worried about the vision Sil is suffering, or at least that was what I understand watching their moves and gestures, spoken language did not help.

When we were in this conversation a stranger ran into the hall, He seems hurt in bad way, and all sweating and excited, claiming for help, he introducedhimself as a Bard of some reputaton, he told us that the city was invaded by raiders, I did not get close to him since elgon was already tending his wounds, just listening, The ministrel said that a crowded group has attacked him wafterone of his performs, and that they have stolen his harp, We moved fast as Justice to meet with the thieves, we sarch for the whole city, un our way we meet again with Iellwen, she seems to be quite close to Elgon.

Father please you must help me to understand the relation of this family, so  I can help them better, Sil'via was really angry at this woman, making all in her power to make her away from him , I was amised at this turn of events, I feel sorry for Elgon, Sil'via was paying him back now being overprotective, I guess they love so much, Well iguess i wll never understand that because I have no natural brothers, And by this experience, I thank Toran for that. Well I must say that Sil'via was really ed at Iellween for being with her brother.

We encountered a lady near the sewers, who tell us that the thieves have entered to a sewer that was near that point , this lady was really scared, We had a hard time to persuade her to help us.

Finally we went down to the sewers, Huntamara seems to know this place so I let her to lead the expediton, after some time we meet with some goons near the entrance, they as usulay their kind are, did not speak, they started to attack us at sight, we made a short work on them, Huntamarainsisted in lettino at least one of them alive, unfortunately, that proved very difficult, they were quite capable of killing any of our group if the chance arises. And some of us ended bad that fight, we were badly injured, elgon and I started to do the healing. Then we stoped for a moment to gather strenght.

We found a rope that imerses in some dirty water.I entered the water, but someting hitme inthe stomach, all got ark and clouded. when I awoke I thought I was in heaven, I saw an Angel that had come for me, Well, that was my first impesion, Sil was there she reached me before I got out of air, she saved me, I was speechless. This is not supposed to be that way, she smiles at me, a while she raises and tried the rope her self , I got ready and followed them This time I did it without the armor, So it made it much easier.

*Lance stop at once, when he finished the writting, He doubted in erasing that, but finally he let it that way, *

- I just called her an Angel, and I spoke of her as Sil , May Ielwen has the reason with her -  he moed his head to both sides and got an splash of cold water in his face - this is not happening. -

We arrived to the other extreme of the pond, And Huntamara moved stalty for scouting, we found a group of 5 man, and they were waiting for some other group to sell the harp, at this point we understood that the harp has some other propieties, not just his worth in true, We make an aproach and strike them in the name of Justice, those people were blackmarketers.

At the end of the day , we got the harp back and escape the same way we entered, Again I almos got drowned, and again Sil'via saved me, I don't like this to happen.

Sil'via was really ed also for the presence of Iellween with Elgon, I spoke to sil'via and tried to calmeher down, she was ed because Iellwen don't think to much before she expresses, and sil thought she has no tights to judge her or her family, Well, family ties ae hard to broke.

After we go out of the sewer, i approached to Elgon to speak to him privately, he seemed shocked of what I was about to speak with him, he still see me with distrust, I explained in my pont of view, that Sil is just getting revenge at him for his overprotecive beheavior, I tell him that they must talk the whole situation, Adn try to loose his grasp of sila bit, she is also an adult woman, and is quite competent to take care of herself, and when real threat appears , then is whrn we must must act, not before.

he seems to start thinking in my words, and smiles at me, a bit shocked still I was the one who told this, His face changed, and nod politely to me, so we entered the crafthall and Huntamara was speaking to the ministrel giving him his harp.

He left smiling, and very thankful,

We spend some time berfore I say goodbye to them. I feel very well with this family, sil makes me fell very useful, and now I owe her my life twice.

Toran is with me , and I'm his hands.

Today I traveled to Hempstead again, much to my surprise there was a great conmotion in the city, the guards were in the move, clming down the people, near the tribute of Alluriel , I hurried to the point where the crowd was still gathered, I mad my way amoung the people, when I fianlly arrive to the center I saw Chaynice some other people face to face against Krell Himmel, the Rofirenite priest I've meet near Hlint.

The situation was out of cotrol they were yelling at each other, in the very gates of the Angel's Guild, with weapons on hand, yelling and threatening. After some moments I learned that Krell was there to arrest Sil'via, under the charges of being possesed by an evil force, I was about to act but then I noticed tha there was another man behind Krell, another Advebturer I've seen in the past, he was known as Fritz, and he was really insistent in the fact that Sil'via is possesed and must be punished by that crime, I learned that this Fritz and Krell had chased Sil'via all the way from Fort Velh, and that they attacked her for resisting the arrest. Well that did not sound well, My duty was to truth, and if is the thruth that Sil'via was under a dire curse, it was not her fault, and she may not be punished for that.

I spoke to Krell triing to get reason into him, but he's a stern man, I ask him to report this case to the temple so we can solve this with the counsel of the high priests, we must ahere to their wisdom, we're speaking about somemajor here, and Sil'via is no threat, Fritz insisted that she must die to prevent infection or possesions advance any further. He told me that he's going to press charges against Chaynice, my friend can be such a fool when womans are involved, he threaten Krell of killing him, not very wise to threathen a Rofirenite, I must speak to him, because what he did is wrong, but I must say that he did in behalf of defending Sil'via, And Krell was a bit out of reason right there, in his so proclamied duty and the discusion we were spreading chaos and distrust in the people of Hempstead. I finally persuade both parties to get away one of the other, I walked along with Krell and Fritz hearing of his pleas, I spoke in behalf of Sil'via, with all this curse upon her, she needs all the help she can get, and that the law must be followed to the spiit of it not to his letter, Laws existed  for helping society to stand togheter and help the whole society to get better, not to punish everyone who seems to be wrong, This is what Toran has teached me.

I say Farewell to Krell and Fritz and ran towards the guild with only Sil in mind, I needed to see how is she doing, at was pretty sure she may not find that last events quite pleasurable nor helping. When I came near the Guild the crowd was starting to disband, and amoung them I saw her, my heart was pierced at that moment, Jaelle Thornwood was there helping Sil'via thje whole time, Now that the people were disbanding she was leaving also, I ran after her calling her, she seems to be in real hurry, she turn her face at me, and I see joy and sadness in both of them, I asked to stay to speak I was shocked by finding her here, I need to ask her if she  was still intrested in me, at that moment I saw the thruth, sil'via needs me at that moment, the words that spoke Iellwen sounds hard in my head, but I feel guilty for Jaelle. She said a fast hello and staring move again, I asked her to stay, I really need to speak with her, moe than two months have passed since the last time I had her ion sight, But she said that she was in hurry, she cannot stay, I opened my backpack and unfold the dress I've made to her, She opened wide her eyes when she saw it, then I gave it to her, She was speechless after this, I saw sadness in her eyes to go deeper, and smiling said. " Thank you Lance, it's beatiful, I'm really sorry I cannot stay, let's meet in some other time and place, I must go " And so she dissapeared in the Hempsteadian crowd. I walk back towards the guild, without knowing how will this enconter will change my life in the next hours. Jaelle pick the worst time to come back, this was a painful encounter, but it was not until late that I feel the pain in my heart.

When I arrived at the Guild, Sil was near the entrace weeping all over the floor, she ask me to not come near, also there was Chaynice, Jaigan and Spider, Suil wa in the worst state since I have meet her, She was in the floor weeping with her sight lost, and rocking into herself, speaking about the images tormenting her, Chaynice gave her a some clothes, to change , her clothes were ripped apart by a blade, then It was the truth, Krell or Fritz atacked her, that must be reported to the temple,  they abused authority, and this will help the case of Chaynice. Then after some moments Sil stand and began to say she needed to go somewhere, and began to walk outside the Guild, We followed her, at that time I was really worried.

Well we ended traveling to Leringard, I took care of Sil'via at her room door for the whole trip, when we arrived she started to walk slowly, like if she was draming, and so she walked thru the city until we arrive to the Lerigard In and Arms, There we were greted by the hostess Kali, and another gentleman whose name eludes my memory at this point, Then he appeared , a wizard clad in white robes by name Meradryn, He was a proud man , he denied his help up to this point, but at least he seemed concerned.

Sil'bvia was in a rallyu bad shape, I spoke to her but she did not understood anything I said. But I knew, I just knew She noticed I was with her, she was sitting near the fire place with her sight lost, meanwhile the wizsard left promising that he will tried to stop the nest step of the lich plans,  The wizard did say that we cannot do anything for her at this time, but in time chance will arise to stop this great evil, he left us only with this promise.

I spend the evening taking care of Sil, Why Toran is allowing her to suffer this way, I started to sing to her that song she performed when we meet near Hempstead, She started Humming it back at me, And for a moment I saw inher eyes the hope and happines that in that moment was absent. I spend the rest odf the Evning with her, until her family come to see her, Elgn saw me in a very worried way, And start speaking and criing at Sil'via state, I keep silence and respected his pain.

The hostess of the Inn make acomodations for Sil'via free of charges, I left that night with my soul sunken in deep sadness, I left her in a calm sleep, I promised her to come back and see her.

Father tell me, why ? If the love is sucha beautiful feeling why I do feel wrong about this, I'm clouded and confused, Is this a signal that I'm failing to my duty, or to your Ideal.

*Lance looked around in his room as if he was waiting for an answer, after some time he just put his eyes in his journal again, and after a long time meditating and reading what he just wrote, continued with it *

Now I msut confess I think I'm falling in love with her, but she seems not yet prepared for that, Why did I fell for her, she is a good person, caring and good, but she is not dissiplined, Rash, impulsive and Inmature, What is happening to me. I must let this thougths Go away, and focus on helping her, In the end she may end with Chaynice or someone else, then When she's free of this curse everything will go back to Normal, Well, I must speak to Jaelle as soon as I can.

Today I woke in the room I rented in Port Hempstead, I felt strange to wake in another place than the Temple, I usally don't stay outside Fort Llast, but this time I need to perform some duties, also I have to go back to See if Sil'via was improving,  and bby boat I cold do both things, I ran some errands in the city, helping some people with indications, It was over noon, whem I walked into the Central square of Eagle Memorial, I was heading towards the docks, but then I see a group adventurers reunited at the bench, I was about to say a quick hello to everyone , when I heard her laughter, Sil'via was there playing and laughting, My soul filled with happiness as I saw her happy again, For a moment I had a rash impulse to run and hug her, but that would not be appropiate, so I calmed down while I came near, Right in that moment I see Elgon too, watching closely at his sister, Well I guess habits are hard to break, When I came near, Sil'via smiled and greeted me as Usual, "Hello Cuty" she said to me, but keep her distance, and beguin to continue on her talking, The group was planning a travel towards Krenshin, I travel along to care about Sil'via I have put the temple under the knowledge of her possesion, and I must observe her progress on that, there's also a quite pleasurable company, I enjoy a lot speaking with her.

Once we arrived Elgon and Sil'via starting to joke at each other, Sil'via lied down and started to make an Angel in the snow, with her body, Elgon started to speak to her sister in a strange way, like reclaiming, And Sil'via answered in the same way, I was looking and tried to put some peace beetween them. They looked at my way at the same time and started to laugh, and they then explained to me they were joking, I did not understand that siblings relation and I expressed that way.

Then something really weird happened, a lady who was traveling with us jumped at me and hugged me, putting her head agaist my shoulder meanwhile she said , Oh sweetie, just for today I'll be your big sister. I did not understand at that moment what was ahappening I was worried about this lady, some affliction had affected, then I saw Sil'via's face, She was really mad, the rage showed in her beatiful eyes glaring at us, then he turned her back to us and start walking off: I put my "new sister " in the floor with a genle smile , she has a mischievous look upon me I must say, like if she was having a great time, As we walked off into the Wolverine camp, I introduced myself to my "sister", her answer was really amazing , Seh said Oh My, My brother is a toranite, great, I'm Izzy Stargazer then broder Glad to meet you and in a way she imitate the sligh bow I made in my introduction. I was shocked by this... But I did  not notice at that time that Sil was even more shocked, She moved away and Rode over Elgon as he change shapechanged into a bear, And from that moment she seem to do all in her power to ignore me.

Well the travel was a good one, We face giants and Kobolds, and Sil was as cold as the weather. This behavior has nothinng logical, I have done nothing wrong to her, After some travel she asked me to use a skinning knife on a fallen wolf, unfortunately I have given my knife to a traveler in need of it , so I ended owing her another dinner.

We traveled for some hours getting being entretained by the songs of Sil'via and another Fellow Bard by name Flynn De Balard, they make the gray cold to be a bit warmer and the travel more confortable.

Finally we made back to the Wolverine Camp, and Then I asked Sil'via what happened to her, She said she was I angry about that woman, seh asked me why did I hugged her, At that moment I explained to her , that I have not done such Thing, she hugged me, but Sil'via was closed to reason in her head it was the same, thanks to the soothing words of Flynn, Silvia understood that nothing of that was my fault, and we leave towards hempstead, once there, we bid outr farewell to everyone and I started my walk towards Llast, I stayed in a Camp for the night , tomorrow I'll continue on my travel towards the temple, But now I'm happy to repport that Sil'via is fine now, she is still being haunted by the visions, but she is showing great will power enduring it.

Sil'via also teached me another couple elven words, At least in there I think I'm going to an end with her, I tried to undesrtand her reaction to my Sister. I think she was a bit Jelauos, but why ?, I don't want to think She loves me, that can't be, and also I must purge this feeling from my heart, she is dire need of help, Not To think  of Romance , and by her beheavior of course not with a Toranite. I must ask her, but I'm, pretty sure there must be a logical explanation about this

The knight must remain pure on his heart and deeds because such purity is the his best weapon against corruption that polutes the world, A knight must be noble an true to his words, he must think twice before act, and use the words first and the sword last, Act swift in the name of justice , but don't allow this a rash beheavior that brings chaos nor injustice, One of the most common faces of evil is sometimes virtue, the knight must learn to look with his heart and mind thru this disguise, a endevour only a true knight could achieve if he has faith as a shield.

Who need most of a Knight. A land invaded by raiders, or a litle girl with no parents. The answer of this is both, each in a particular way and perspective, The raiders will cause a great pain to a land and destroy goods and material matters, a knight must stand fast to defend the village and help them to stand defense for themselves, putting his life on the edge if it's needed, but in time the raids will be over, So we must know that the damage done to the village will pass soon and in time it will restored. The girl will need help of the Knight in a very diferent way, She has no inmediate physical threath, is her soul who is in danger, The knight must help her to not falling in madness and evil, The knight must teaches her and helping her into a good way of living, know this well Knight of Toran, that our god is good and just, he never refuses help to those who look at him. So the temple could help in this matter, The knight must help her to understand the joy of helping others, So she needed the help in a deeper way than then village, because if the soul of the girl is lost, it will be hard to recover it...

Today I feel ease in my soul

My day started in Fort Llast temple, we held a ceremony for some pilgims that arrived from Hempstead, A lot of people reunited prainsg and praying for Vigilance and guidance, Toran was amoung us , I can feel it in the air, I felt stronger and blessed this day. The ceremony started with the first beam of the sun and ended with a grat hymn to Justice at Noon. I left the town and head towards the road again, Ready to help all im my way, It has been a while since I saw Sil'via In'Drasus, I hope she's doing fine with that curse, but she is strong and have a grat family taking care of her, Knowing all this can't help to feel some worry for her, I know in a way that she need help and guidance, and well I want to help her, and let Toran help her also. Togheter nothing can stand against us, nor lich , nor curse, nor evil.

My patrol went with no nevelties, but an ocasional ambrush party of the red lights, those creatures must be up to something, but nothing has been revelaed yet, I must stand vigilant and ready to show any evil the swift Justice of Toran.

After some time in the road, I meet some people in the campsite near Hlint, After some moments I greet everyone, but then I felt a sting in my heart, I realizaed that Jaelle was there speaking with Chaynice, amoung the travelers was also Jaigan  lady Randy Tynne, that elven lady priest of the runner, I must be wary of that woman, she is no current threat to us at this point, Those people are just crazay, thinking about us as controlers because see us a cancer to their beloved nature. I must say that she is a very nice person to all no Toranites, I should have know, since she was very kind to me when we first meet some time ago , well it lasted only hours until she learned I'm a Toranite, After that she has made all in his power to show that her tonge is sharper than her spear. I felt some anger at this time, and I admit it was not a pleasurable feeling, I had enough of this rebel chaos-lover priest, they only disguise chaos as freedom, after some time a pup came runing to the camp, It was strange the pup seemed to have been chased, I stand up an moved towards the road to check if there are some people who was in need of help, Chaynice and Jaelle seemed to enjoy a lot their shared company.

Well I must say That Jaelle was happy to see me and greet me witha grat Smile and the words Irrace Lance, later that day I learned that trhe word Irrace means Hello, or a kind of greeting, I was surprised that she started to speak of me in high standing, saying that my work as a tailor was exquisite, Randy was shocked that she and I carry well enough, After seeing her with Chaynice I undesrtand that she was no longer intrested in me, That free my soul from a burden, I needed to speak to her, because it would be unfair for her to wait for me, when I have no other feelings that a true friendship for her, Even after this easy my soul, I still was a bbit annoyed at the situation, Randy started to speak of the dog and said that she will give him a place to call home, she called Omaa, or something like that, She started to explain her faith to the group, saying that she will give him a place to call home as long as the puppy wanted, and then she attacked again, saying that she will not try to steal the freedom form it. Lies all of those, she was keeping her for personal pleasure and acted the same way as anyother person woluld havingthe "ownership" of a Dog. I stand anjd walk to the road waiting for some space to think, I stand guard and let Chaynice take a rest for the guard.

After some time Jaelle came near me from behind and spoke to me, She was sensible enough to see my uneasiness in the group and ask me in a sweet voice " what's happening to you?, You're not just standing guard? "She was sensible enough to notice it, I answered that I needed to speak to her in private, at any time she will dispossed , It was importan to me.

After some time we entered to thetown of Hlint near the pond, I made the time to speak to her, Of my.., feelings and all the trounblesome times I had after meeting her, I tell her that I cannot at that time be the knight that fight for Her, since Sil'via was in adire need ; I said to her that I'll fight for her because she needed all the help she could get, Then the question came, She ask me if I love her.

That' was a dire question againsta this knight, I know Sil'via have been kinfd to me, flirting and all, but that's was a difeerent , she only need some atention I would not think in romance with her , right now, Even under the knowledge that she'll never fall for a Toranite, so I answered to Jaelle in the beast way I could, the truth.-

I told her That I might love her, but that was not the first motive to help her, she was in a dire need, And also she has a lot of better suitors that will fullfill her character, but even ion that case, she was under the close eye of people who would like to harm her, like Krell and that lich. She smiled at me and tok my hand in an understandin gesture. Then she smiled at me, saying , you're a good man Lance, An don't worry I will not steal you form that mysterious woman. I told her that was not my intent to keep in secret her name and then I told her I'll fight for Sil'via In 'Drasus.

Once we had this settled we came back to the group and Jaelle came back and Sit beside Chaynice dedicating him all her attentions, I was happy to see that Jaelle has spoken the truth, she not intrested in me, I spend some time standing guard in the road searchig for more indices of the puppy former owners, but with no luck.

I came back to the campsite to say Good bay to everyone, Chaynice and Jaelle looked a t me in afunny way i must said, But I left them mostly because I had not the intention to stand Randy's words when there are wrongs to righted in other places. I left them and start traveling back  to Fort Llast, feeling lighter in spirit.

Father, I hope you would be proud of Me, I hope someday to find a virtuous woman and have a family, like you, but my duty to Toran comes first, and fistrst of all.

Toran be praised... Of Deception and Love

Toran Be praised To you this knight ask for guidance, since Lie has fallen upon my name and in away by my fault, i have been prideful and that is hurting people I care for. Today was an awful day, For Chaynice, Sil'va and myself.

I woke up in the morning and prayed with my brothers, I helped in the morning service, and make some sword practice in the outside of the town, I pollished my armor, And moved towards Hlint, I needed to check on the poor Arthur, and help that fine old lady Clara with some endevor she needed, She has asked me to come at her house, when I arrived there she told me that her kitty was lost again, she said that "Whiskers" liked to be near the red light caves, She ask me to bring it if I saw him in my patrols, This lady lives only with her cat, and it's her only reason to live, I had to put some effort in finding him.

I started my travel in the road , when I was atacked by one of ther scouts, Toran guides my sword and shield to overcome the  war party, at the least moment Chaynice showed up training as he heard the noise of combat, he was a bit disapointed when he saw me strike down the last of the attackers by Toran's Might.

I saluted My brother in arms, and he nods in agreement with a smile, he asked me abuout my presence in the place, I explained him again of my patrols and the lost kitten, he told me he needed to go into the cave to retrieve something really important to him, I gladly offered my help in his endevour.

We moved fast into the cave, The first levels don't change much too often, soe we made with ease until the entrace to the third, there we saw a goblin shaman and his elite warriors in middle of a ritual , they had like 10 cats traped in some rustic cages, we stormed the place fighting with grat courage and skill, finally beaten the elitte guard of the Shaman, unfortunately he used the fray to hide and run in the lower tunnels, Chaynce and I destroyed the ritual preparations, ]I spilled some holy water upon the place whwere the runics where and ask Toran to channel some energy positive upon this place, Meanwhile I finish with this Chaynice ventured into the entrace of the third level to check if reinforcements for the  dire creatures come, As we where picking all the cats in the cages we started to move to the exit.

chaynice was up to this time a bit serious, and after some minutes on our way to surface he started to speak to me, And said " Lance I want to congratulate you, I just heard and I'm pretty hapy for you ". At this point I tougth he was soeaking of the succesfull mission we just finished, I answered, " Brother, I think there are better places for that than this, we sholud speak in the surface ". After some minutes more, Chaynice left the group towards a cave, he said that needed some ingredients dfor one of his spells and thar he'll see me in the campfire, then he started to chant some arcane words and vanish from sight. I did not agree with his procedings, but there was not much I could do to prevent him of do his will, I moved towards the exit at fast pace.

Once in the outside I traveled to lady Clara's house with all those kittens, She was amazed at seeing me with all those cats, she moves towards me and picka  cat from the crowd hugging him a as a careful mother, and criing of Joy, well seh felt so happy that she decided to take care of the rest of the kitens, finding them a cozy place to call home. She offered some trues for the help, I tell her that there's no need of such thing, Finaly she offered a glass of fresh lemonade, Ia ccepted it for the sake of courtesy, and then took my leave, she said that if I don't accept her money , she 'l donate to the Temple in her next visit. I walked towards the exit of Hlint, as the sun was hidind behind the mountains.

It walked toiwards the campsite as I had promised to Chaynce, When I arrived there, he was waiting there with some rations and juice, I came near the fire, and before I could do anything he stands and Smiling took my hand in a strong grasp , putting his other arm in the shoulder of my armor, and with a great smile said again.

" Lance, congratulations, I just heard of it and I'm quite happy for you both, I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with Sil" I was shocked at this revelation, and as he saw my face he reactioned so confused, in some minutes he explained that he has just learned That Sil'via and I were coupling, and he wanted to say congratulations, I was about to right that wrong, but at this time I heard a voice in my back, the angry voice of Sil'via yelling with some hatred " YOU ".

I turned my face t her, and move near her to greet her, but she with ice in her eyes said "No, keep your distance, I don't want to be near you, how could you did this to me Lance?" Now I was shocked, she was blaming me for something I had not even knowledge, To make things Worse Chaynice at this point just had finished in giving to her his congratulations, Sil'via throw him a killer glare.

I explained to both of them I had no idea of this gossip, Sil'via seems relly hurt at this matter, At this moment she said that she's in love with noone, and she 's not searching to be, Well not at this time she corrected hersel, She explain us that she still was in love with a former boyfriend named Christian who left her some time ago, but she didn't know how to react, she explained us that she was flirting with everyone in hope to forget Christian, but now she said she was so confused, because she don't know how to feel about us, Chaynce then spoke of the last time I saw her and lady Jaelle.

It pains me to write down every detail that happened that night, I only write that sil'via was mad aat Chaynce because he and Jaelle spend te night together, Chaynice explained to Sil'via that they slept in separate rooms, I do believe Chaynce, but I msut admit his attitude is not helping him to support his words, he seemed nervous, eventually he said to Sil'via that he was tired of this, and was about to leave, She said that he don't want to suffer this, that he was just tiing to be nice and congratulate, and left us. Sil'via wa really shocked for this, I stand there with no idea of what to do, After a moment  I aproached to Silvia, and offered a apologize to her, I explained that I had spoken to Jaelle as I have told to her, and that all this was a great misundrestanding.

I don't know what happened at that moment, I poke with my heart to her, I said that I maight love her, and I will help her, but I will not wxpect nothing in exchange, I'll respect her descicion and gave her time to think about herself, Adn I'll try to fix all the damage this gossip has done to everyone. She said that she don't know what to say, she don't know what to feel, I explain her that I wanted the best for her, Isaid to her ta we must focus in removing the curse cast on her, And she agreed. She soften her expresiion once we spoke, I ask her if she remember what happened in Leringard, she nodded and smiled to me.

We then leave the campfire , we meet Chaynce in the raod latter as we were traveling towards Hlint, I escorted her to the entrace of the town, for rest, and I said goodbye to her, I ask her for a meeting with her father, I have to explain to him all this misunderstanding and vouch for her to her family.

We said goodbye with a deep sadness I must said, I must put my best effort on Fixing the damage done.

I taveled for some hours until I arrive to the temple and here I am, writing this under the light of a candle, Now I cannot sleep but I must, tomorrow my true test will start, In fixing the wrongs of the world and the shame of the ones I care For.

Toran be praised tha Channels your wisdom thry those you love.

Is hard to fight an enemy hidden, and even harder when this enemy has no physical form, but to fight falsehood is what a knight must do.

Today I made some quick endevurs in the temple and make a quick prpaations for a travel to Homestrad, I needed to start fixing that gossip, and speaking to those near Sil'via would be the best coutse of action.

The whole trip was very desperating, I prayed to Toran all along the way to calm myself and after few hours I see the buildings of Homestead, When I arrived to the Crimson eagle memorial, I started to look for familar faces, but much to my surprised I enconter one Idid not expect.

Near the central point, sitting near some flowers was she, Sister Clarissa, I aproached to her to show her my respects, She nodded in respect also, she seemed a bit tired, And of coutse she must be, She is one of the most respected members of our order, A lot of people comes to her and ask for help, and she always gladly answer as long is a just cause.

She asked me about my travels, And I answered the truth about my life, I must say this was driven me mad, And no that I think about it, I was abit confusing in all my way to expainthe situation to her, nevertheless she seemed to understand the problem and gave me a warm smile, and gestures to sit in the bench beside her, I  obbey.

She spoke of the truthof Toran and bring a lot of clarity to my soul, she saw my concern in the faith and the risk I'm of falling from grace, she said that I will in the end make the final desicion, and that I must trust Toran to guide my heart, because One never must forget that our heart belongs in first place to Toran, and that must never change, she said that there could be a place for another one in my heart, but that one must onderstand and agree tha always ill be in second place, And that one are Toranite first a and a man later, She said i must think in long term about love, That i must not get dazzed by first impressions, She confided me that she has rejected four suitors in her life, and she did it because she feels that Toran requires her full atention, That confession but some sadness in my heart, I must say, But I admire and respect her more now.

As in the matter of the gossip she said me that I must lead by the example, and prove thru actions what a lie is, she said me that I must help Sil'via but keep my heart guarded, and in that I must agree with her,Love is a powerful force that can make persons forget what they are and make them to think unclearly, She adviced me to not thinking in romance now, That will not help her, seh adviced me to say to her that my heart belongs to Toan and Toran only and that I cannot love anyother at this time, I nodded in agreement and said toher I need to pray for guidance, She put her hand in my shoulder and smiled to me , then apologize herself, she said that some endevour must be attended, I stood and bow to her in respect.

So I'm writting about this now, Alotof wisdom for this head and some guidance after the confusing times, Now I feel stronger my faith, I msut speak to sil'via about this, I have inderstood a lot of things this day, but I cannot deny I feel something for her, Love, friendship only time will tell, The most important thing is her happines and salvation, and for that I must fight, And Toran will be behind me giving me his Mighty support.
