I thinks this

The minimum XP gained is now the CR level of the kill, not just 1xp if the creature killed is of a lower level

has a slight bug.

I used to get 1 xp from the kobolds on the black ice, now I went there to regroup with Gala, and killed them. I was receiving some kind of error log, and no xp at all. While Gala told me she was getting 5 xp per kill. She is alwo 2 level higher than I am.

the error i am getting is this... err I don't even know which one to write as I am receiving continuous error messages that pops in.

The TOO MANY INSTRUCTIONS error is causing the XP distribution code to not complete, we've got a good idea on what it is, so don't fret. It's not a cause of the min xp bonus.
