You are on EST now not EDT. The time zone reference changed when you put your clock back an hour. The clock is correct as it gives the time in EDT but since we are on EST time we keep getting mixed up.

As I said in my previous post, my setting are set to keep track automatically the day saving time change. So the forum should be giving me the correct time, which is 7:11 pm, not the 8:11 pm the forum is giving me. As from memory the forum used to change from edt to est when the day light saving time was over.

The thread timestamps are affect by that setting. It would seem the clocks (just) show the time in the particular timezones. The clock change (from EDT to EST) requires manual intervention.

That could be so, but it can be problematic for those who rely on the forum time clock to log in when an event is impending. When the event is set in an other time zones than theirs.

Unfortunately no, EDT still show one hour faster than my pc and the online world time clocks.

EST looks fine to me.

PST->  7:34:06 PM
EST-> 10:34:06 PM
GMT->  3:34:06 AM
AEDT->  2:34:06 PM

You might have to hold down SHIFT and refresh your browser so the cached version of the javascript file gets reloaded.

Ok, I tried the Shift Key - Refresh the screen and still have the old time (1 hour ahead) and I can't seem to find where I can change it manually.  Someone give me a push in the right direction?
