Dear tenants and friends of the Leringard Arms Inn & Tavern,

It saddens me greatly to have to inform you that in two weeks time we will again need to change the locks to the door of the Leringard Arms. As the proprietor of this establishment your safety and the security of your possessions are of the utmost concern to me, as such, I feel obliged to tell you of what pushed this decision to change the locks.

This change is do entirely to the utterly selfish and unjustifiable actions of one Jaelle Thornwood.

Some time back one of our keys fell into the possession of one, Jaelle Thornwood. In an extreme misjudgment, management overlooked this for a brief time while she was staying with a well respected tenant who shall remain unnamed.  At the time when the tenant left our establishment, Jaelle was also asked to return her unlawfully obtained key.  After three attempts to recover the key on our own,  our establishment then filed a report and worked with Rofirein officials to try to recover it.

To date the Rofirein officials have failed in their attempts to recover the key.

It is impossible to tell where the key is now or whose hands it may fall into, and as such, for our safety and yours the locks needed to be changed.

Kali quietly informs Lily of Peanut and Clover's status as tenants and also lets her know to clean up Vin's room so that they might be ready to rent it if somebody else comes along.

She informs her of her offer to Toby Jenkins should he come asking about it, and claims to have "not a clue" when Lily asks about the where-abouts of the other Toby.

Finally Kali asks if Lily has heard anything from or seen Jacee or Eruanna in some time, letting her know that both have been good about paying there rent and it was Kali's fault that Jacee didn't since the winter.

Kali asks Lily to make sure that Jacee and Eruanna know about the lock swap coming up and that both there rents are covered to that date.  She adds that maybe Jacee would like to cook  in the kitchen some.

*Kali smiles as she passes Lily, informing her that Lance is indeed back and will be taking over the ledger entirely, as Inn Keeper, after the locks are changed.*

//OOC notes: Keys will be changed tomorrow night.  *Promises to update the ledger with Peanuts and Clovers paid rent before then.*  

Still waiting on Carillon's decision with Eruanna.  No word from Jacee. Vin's room was marked as vacant.
