Oke, so you should be able to access the contents by storing it in your parchment folder and access the folder through Lore to see what is written. ah, did not know this thing existed - parchment folder. I will look in the general store for it. As one parchment had writing that reappeared, but the other did not. ye have my thanks!

Alright - you've lured me into exposing myself  here's is my favorite breakfast - only for the bold at heart! you need a heavy duty blender for it - 2 cups of water, one apple chopped (including seeds and stem for their nutritional value). Blend it all up into liquid. Add a large handful of greens, such as dandelion, chard, kale, collards, and their stems. Blend to liquid. Add a banana, frozen berries or fruit, and five or so drops of stevia (a natural sweetener). Voila! An incredibly delicious nutritious smoothie with the benefits of raw vegies in it! or...to make it more creamy - soak a handful of almonds over night to remove their enzyme inhibitors (that make them hard to digest), and peel them in the morning (the almond peels have cyanide in them, but are easy to squeeze off after soaking). Add that to the initial water, maybe with one or two dates or figs - for creamy milk. Then add other fruits and vegies. yes, i'm a weirdo, and love raw foods!
