I think i spotted Brak late this night. He entered the sewers of Hlint. I searched about for him but found only rats. Just like that coward to hide amongst rats. Before leaving a found a crevas that if he tried he may of actually been able to slide thru. Entering it myself I found i was in the cellar of the inn, the door leading out closing shut. But he was gone before i could catch him. I dont think he saw me, but he must know he is being tracked.

most excellent, i have gained new information. It seems Brak hiered out the services of a dwarven barbarian not two days ago. They met in the cellar of the inn. It seems he gave the dwarf some speal about making a good name for himself. Doing favors, helping to solve problems (NPC mini quests), and even going as far as to help stock the armory of a neighboring town. I would prefer not to have to go to fort llast and talk to this Lt. Jursen. Trying to bluff a guard patroling the foot of a temple of Toran just spells disaster. But atleast i know he is still in the area. He wont be able to hide long.

its not just you, you just need to keep in mind if you are supposed to have a 50% on something that it means each roll by itself has a possibility of coming out the way you want it. each roll is unto its own. so as much as its annoying to fail alot, it shouldnt be suprising.

I guess i dont see the big deal. People are starting bids so high because people have been willing to pay that much to make sure they get the item. If someone really wants to make sure they are the one getting the emerald why should we put a cap on the amount they can spend. you can start the bidding at 30 k but i would bet that it just means more people will bid on it at the lower price till the current bid gets too high and we are back to the same group of epics and near epics who desperately seek an emerald and will shell out the coin for it. it is too much to ask flat out for 150k for an emerald, yes, but should we be upset that they eventually go for that after bidding, no.

its different for each craft, but the basics of it is buy the tools for harvesting and working of items, go get the base items, use those to create items witha percentage based off of level in that craft and the stats associated with it, and gain xp from each success to get closer to the next level in that craft. for more specifics you would have to ask on a specific craft.

if you go to the bioware website they give you links to some programs you can use for capturing video and give you a play by play on how to make your own video. It was intended for making an opening movie on your own module, but the concept is still the same.

Well the search for Brak seems to be nearing. I hear reports that he is indeed taking shelter in this town called Hlint. It seems i have most of the residents fooled, thinking i am some do gooder. Convinced that Brak is wanted for serious crimes. But that Paladin, Slate i have heard people call him, he may just be trouble. He wishes to contact his temple and have Justicars dispatched. That could put a foil in my mission. I need Brak myself, and i dont think i will be able to wrestle him away from experienced Justicars. I will need to track him down before they arrive. And i feel i shall need to ditch that paladin as well. He suspects, i can hear it in his voice.

went to get some spider silk today, survived but was unsucessful in retrieving it (another story). I fought one Aranea Spider and one Ettercap, never got poisoned but after the webbing wore off i noticed my AC was decreased. I left and rested, threw the armor back on. In full plate and tower shield i now have a 17 AC, when i should have a 22. No icons of lowered AC and no notice of it in my charecter sheet. Did i miss something?

I guess its been awhile sinse i played, but i wanted to remind people to be careful with their summoned creatures. WAs on for an hour with my new charecter today and someone walked up to a fight i was in and didnt stop their summons from casting and my charecter went from 16 HP to -3 HP in a matter of a one second. Good thing the guy was a cleric or he would have actually killed me.
