Leanthar... if a dev company like say EA soft or Bioware came to you and asked if they could buy Layonara woud you sell it?

and if so would say you and the DEV team look over production or would you let it fall to the mercy of other game Dev guys.

Strange question indeed but i was thinking of it in the bordem of work.
I mean if you did I would Preorder it and have massive gripes about game delays

Yews...its a shrub... in layonara its the holy grail for wood workers... I surfed google and found this.... It may change every thing but this info on yew must be known.

Quests Ideas and Discussion / Dragon grave yard

Yup this one come right out of the 3.5 hand book. Only the crazy and insane would dare to set foot in a dragon grave yard. The land is dead life less and plaged with Acid rain and eather and uncontroled (SP?) storms (one rule states there is a rain of magic missles every once and a great while from a level 22 caster i think. I may be wrong here.) Oh yeah add that time has no real meaning there too, add a dash of random dead magic and wild bagi areas. add a splash of portals to other worlds so that nasty out sider monsters are wandering about. The icing on the cake would be Oh.... 4 Draco liches (Dm controled of couse. they are dragons that are to protect the lands from invaders looters and what not but since a dragon grave yard is so vast and huge it's easy to sneek into one even if you got a neon sign over your head saying Over here you fool.)

Now i know you guys are saying why go in there... Well one thing... Dragon loot baby.

as for fitting into layo... Instead of piled upon piles of swag goodieness there could be say oh... Hmm maybe a few rare CNR stuff.

No yew plants can't grow there and druid type players should kind of steer clear of this place. by 50 miles or so...


It's just a suggestion for an Epic player playground. RP stuff and well a place for all them dead dragons that blood killed. Survors of Bloods out lash could of carried the bones to lay them to rest or old dragons of the pre dragon wars went to die..Maybe make it into a nasty aboveground blood well

Agin just a brief suggstion. I know L and Orth no time full plate. Maybe its some thing to consider.

Yeah.. Need a GM that has soem free time. I was gonna see if i could get a few set ups for my on goin layo project. there will be no killing of monsters or what not. I just need a few sceens set up and thats it


PS, Yeah forgot to mention do some special effects Maybe on east or central when they are empty

I, Celgar Magnus have taken up the duity of being the repersentive of Lucinda. On her behalf and with my mind thinking of peace I shall be trying to unite Toran and Lucinda in these dark time.

This is where you readers come in... I am seeking another follower of our mother to aid me in this quest of peace.

I need any one that knows a great deal about the affairs of Lucinda. To choose one that doesn't know about her could result in a disaster.

Yeah I work on a farm with trees and such... Any ways loading a truck i had to move 250 yews.. Every time I picked up a pallet full of them... I kept thinking "where is my Axe and I hope a GM isn't watching me to suddenly spwan a balor or some thing while i am busy"

Ok in an hour  from this post and 53 years go my mother was born... in about close to 27 hours and 22 years ago I was born...


Yes that makes no sence if your SANE!!!

september 13 1981 at 3:04 am my great grand father Harold Mc Greggor (mother's side) passes away the wolrd weeps for one of the few ww1 Amrican fighter pilots that make it back alive.

March 15...1983 12:00am My mother goes into labor for me!!

Martch 16 1983 At 3:04 am.... I was born... thus start a legacy of total strangeness... Bordem... Making 3 teachers drop out and pills beyon pills for my childhood ADD... w00tness..

My father had a Vascetomy looong before my parens got ther groove on and No I am my fathers son.last year I had a DNA test to hust my brothers up. My mother wasn't like that so shush!

I am the last of parent's kids yet I am the tallest... Stanting a good 6'7" the second tallest is my oldest brother who is 6'2".

I never did drugs (that i remember....) never got stitches but due to a car crash back in september 3 days before I ended up here with you wnderful and awsome guys,I got a broken leg (long healed up I am fine.... EVERY ONE IS HAPPY!) O_o

Only once in my entire life i heard a voce... he said gravy and was gone for good..

I was into Sports lifting weights computers D&D Magic Mage kinight and any other nerdy /Jock-ish. I was considered Other in school when peopel classed each other... you know... you got the FFA guys (was in that) Preps (beat up a few) Glams (wanted to kill them all but look at them all day... I am a guy!) Gear heads (yup in there) Goths ( passing phase) Mall rats (Till my dying breath!) Jocks (ooorah!) Nerds (you stole my D20!) Geeks (Sorry gotta refromat my HD so  my Mobo can see it) Freaks (was it it no other comment...) then the other (Wooo every one hates you because you can't fit into a group!)

Yes I suffer from from the Ninjas are gonna kill me if i go out side trama!!

NWN Ideas, Suggestions, Requests / About platinum and other metals...

I my self am a Black smith and I know a good chunk of metal properties started thingking....

iorn while being stronger then say copper and bronze should not change one bit.

Platinum. Never really worked with it my self... I have worked with gold and I assume it is just like the same. Soft mauble (SP?)... easy to bend and break.. But in the realm of D&D its much stronger than Iron... Not gonna fight that but what should be considiered is a very tiny Acid damgae reduction...  I don't know...5% sound fair when you roll a 20 on armor crafthing?

Adamantium... (X-man comics any one?) Memory shape near impossble to shatter... Or so the comic, movies, what ever says.
I am leaning to the whay rings are made... and this goes for all but copper weapons... You roll a 20 you get some kind of exceptional weapon... for say the lesser weapons they get the ability of keen cast by a low level and burn out quickly... Thus you have to rest and "sharpen" your sword. As for adamantium... there could be a perminatn Keen that gets removed if say I enchant it... well fire ice Elec and acid could easly ruin a good blade magical or not...thus cause a problesm of making the better better and losing more crits... As for the armor portion of Adamantium... maybe a 5% damage reduction when the amor is made when rolling a 20.

Cobalt... My bane when black smithing... almost as strong as diamond and I have a few cobalt core plow blades sitting in my scrap metal pile... This stuff is tough and heavy.. so maybe add 5 more points damage reduction on a crafting roll of 20?

Mirthril... Lore.. myths... half truths... lies.. What is it what does it do where can we get it why do we wanty it? many more questions asked...
I couldn't even start with this one I have no clue how or what should be done... only thing I know is a chain shirt can stop a hobbit from being stabbed to death... that's it...


All these ideas should up the levels of any armor crafted when ya roll a 20. so if platinum is 15 then Excep platinum fll plate would be say 16 or 17 to wear... and yes I under stand this will take a good year of programming to do it. (weeks if we get orth on angel dust and strap him down in front of a computer hehehe)
I am once again putting my head to the wheel and letting my thoughts grind out.

*left at his deck was a thick and very old book bound in a type of leather that has never been seen before. All the pages are hard to read due to how old they are yet there is one page with Fresh ink on it...*

Faerun.... It seems just a dream to me now... I have spent month on this plane wondering why I am here. Why did Lucinda chose me? Why?... The one question that huants me, maybe it will haunt me to my last breath...  I have been silent writing in my family's journals for a few reason. every thing I didn didn feel heroic to me. Every healing ever good deed... just didn't make the mark that I wanted to see. After recent event all that has changed. Half dragons running about in Hlint as other heros and my self make a last stand, Purple worms invading, and now drow. They all seem small to me when Lucinda has her eyes turned onto me. A small accdent that left 30 innocents dead... Truely a nightmare in its self. At night I lay in bed hugging my love tightly as i cry. Huanted by their screams as their souls were ripped from their body. It truly is a feat that i am not one of the many drunk that populate Krandors tavern... I have been atonningmy sins as much as i can. I have given Lady Serenity around thirty-thousand gold for her libary and another ten-thousand will be commign to her soon. I have helped people in the most simplest tasks. I have faced Orges in the haven mine and made sheild out of the iron and have given them away to Captian Garent for the Mistone army. I even died for people in a one sided battle so that they might win.
       As I write this I feel there is more that needs to be done... Get rid of this drow that as taken a death grip on the soul's of who we love, who we honor, and those that we call friends...But again this is all small compaird to Lucinda nad her punishment to me... I accept it, I will not lie to a god or drop to my knees begging for mercy, to do so would be showing i am not worthy to be one of her few accepted clerics...To do so would be me telling her to pike off.. I dug my own hole I must fill it..
       Another thing that has drawen my attention is the last of the dragons. Granted I was born into a family that had hunted these noble, yet evil, creatures. I have been wondering. I have read a few histroy books on Sinthar Bloodstone and the dragons that still draw breath on this plane maybe the key to ending this war...If they are not the key then they surely are gonna turn the tide into our favor. Knowing that Fistiron is the king of dragons and that he is a Red dragon, his attitude nature will mean death to me if I wish to seek consel with him...I must, on their own terms and rules, meet with each of his subjects and pray that they talk to him. Maybe this will get Fistiron's attention and he may send one of his follower, maybe a kin out to find me and we will meet. This idea maybe my down fall but for this land iand it's people I must be willing to take this.. Untill I feel that I am ready to talk to a creature that could end my life the same way they have to my father, I must get back on good terms with Lucinda.

This is mainly for the peopel who follow gods and the clirec get the golems.... Say I make a wizard of Lucinda or a Wizdar that follow oh.....Berly.... How about a little golem for their... thing?
I think we could shrink a stone golem down... I men you guys made a huge bug so why not a small golem?
As the spell flinger levels the little golem gets Golemish feats... IS perm damage reduction, golem attack feat, Stone it thows slow, iron it does a poison breath, and the nice little list of Imuities...

And the best part is people can do CDQs to get them IE GMs like L will hand them out to the only chosen few to stop player from all being wizards of Lucinda with mini power houses...
And since they are small.... they get half the stats of their bigger brothers... IE My Stone stats are STR 24 so if i had a mini he would be 12...and as he levels up he could have a STR of say.... 18 or 20 by the time I hit 40 or some thing...



Heck if any one knows Cel or me I love golems... Heck my whole mage knight army is nothing but golems hehehe

The first page is dated 1349. the month and day were wiped out due to age....


"This moring my father woke me from my peaceful slumber. It must of been really early the sun did not come up. he told me we were going to go dragon hunting far into the Dragon moutian ranges. Excited u smiled at him. Egerly I quickly put on my tunic and quickly scrambled out into the strets of waterdeep to get myfather's war horse, Ichia. Some day I will be like my father that I am sure of! I quickly loaded up all my father's lances and what not. He was with mother last i seen him she must be putting on his armor for him. I waited by the stable wheni saw te light of his blue ring glow and light up the streets like those gas lamp posts made by the gnomes here in my home town."

the next page reads.

We made it to this place safely My father was greeted by a dwarf, a small boy that was as tall as me but look a lot older than me, he wore black leather and held two daggers. Also 2 other men walked up to greet my father both wearing robes. One looked really old anf the other young.  It seems i could trust the younger one in the robes. He laid a hand on me and told me of his god Lucinda or some thing, saying that she thanks me for being brave. I smiled at him and nodded not understaning what he said. But I have never felt so better after he laid his hand on me. It felt like i was stronger. At the time I feared for my father. I have on many times brought the broken and battered armor of my father to the smith.but after the young man in the robes talked to me it was gone. My father told me to wait by his horse and...."

There was a huge ink blot in the middle of the page.. inking out the rest of the passages till one date stood out.

Father died today from horrble wounds Tagura His long time friend couldn't help his wound they were too deep. It seems the dragon that he hunted and who got away 5 years ago has gotten him today. I looked to my father as he was nearing death. His left arm missing along with both his legs gone bore into my mind. As tears filled my eyes, my father laid a bloody hand on my cheek. smiling he told me I will be alright and to take care of my mother.I held hid hand till he left out his final breath.

the next three pages were blank....

Mother sold every thing of my father's to pay for rent on our home... the only thing i have left of him is just a memory.....
