Hail and well ta ye all. I have returnned after 10 or more years, and it seems that people re even more friendly than i remember. Durok is here ta hep ye. So remember if you see him say hail have a dwarven ale, relax then let's go killin. I love this game more than i remember. I surely and for true have missed it in my heart of hearts. Durok is still growing but he can and is ready to fight, and he is fearless which could be bad mmmk? But let's have fun life is only 1 time around am I right? Thank you to Everyone that helped me get on Rowana a special thank you to you, without you i would not be playing right now. And I thank you all in the game Durok has fought with and RP'd with you have helped Durok grow and become a better character. And to you all who were so generous to Durok he and I will NEVER forget it! Thank you....Now let's get in there and kick some Gobby booty!

Hi everyone. I have been over seas for the past three years and thought I'd say hello. Hope everyone is doing well. Its been very difficult to get IG due to time diffs and other responsibilities, but I return to the States this summer. I'm curious if there are still folks that get IG regularily or if its mainly for scheduled events nowadays. Is there any particular time when people get IG? Evenings North America time? jade

The golden armored figured stepped from the portal outside Prantz and looked around cautiously before making his way quickly past the outer gate. As no wards were visible, he felt no searching eyes on him as he passed. Once outside, he smiled warmly at a beautiful woman of some elvish blood who appeared next to him in with a word. "Good of you to make it on such notice, dear. I do hope you are wearing your dancing shoes because we have a long way to go."**Lana and DB are heading out to Troll Central, then on to the rift for sapphires, diamonds, cobalt, and addy. Anyone is welcome to join us but be aware of divine limitations (Rofirein) and please , no levels below 15. This is a guild run for cnr so we'll share true, but not perhaps(depending on luck) cnr. 6 p.m. start cdt.

Hi...it's been a long time but at last I have a proper windows computer and am seriously thinking of coming back to the game.I have a question though, whatever happened to the orc's and is it possible to create a half orc character anymore?

G'day everyone!Hold on, I said that already.Hope everyone is well - just stopping by to say hello :)Glad to see some of the familiar names still popping up on the server status. Makes me tempted to pop my head back in to have Arkolio pick some pockets or Justice crack some skulls and then I remember .... oh no, I own an Apple and they made it all too hard to run Layo with intolerant operating systems and their partitions and wineskin workarounds and other stuff I don't understand ...As such, I'll just have to be content sending my best wishes! New job has finally stabilized. Unfortunately my new schedule has me waking up at 2:30am to get to work at 4am est. And there is a LOT of unforseen random overtime. Good for the bank account, hard on the sanity and availability. Looking at a new Layo Quest start time of about 4pm to 7pm EST, keeping it safe with a good buffer just in case they have me staying until 2-3 ish.The next one will be the trial for Bolga, everybody there was mostly available 8pm est. Checking to see how many people who worked on that series can make it for a 4pm est session on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday evevning. Possibly Saturday evening. Sunday is almost always crazy overtime and I am nearly psychotic after that shift, so lets avoid that day.

I'm afraid due to unforseen circumstances, I have to move the quest from this afternoon to this evening- please check the calendar to verify the time (which should be 7pm EST/EDT). That's the bad news, and I'm terribly sorry if that messes up someone's plans to attend.The good news is that I have a very specific direction and story now, and have updated the calendar to reflect that. Something has awoken in the Ire.

*Griff meets some other dwarves at one of the fire-pits within the walls of Bloody Gate. Conversation and drinking is as would be. The cold is piercing but the ale is stronger. The discussion enters into topics of Milara and rumors. Then another dwarf with different armor joins them by the fire. They fill him in on what they speak of and offer him some ale. Turns out this dwarf is the head of the perimiter patrols. More ale is consumed and they take turns pulling meat off a deer that one of them through on the fire coals."Aye he's out der somewhere I wager. Tings got messy after deh bassard tried mess'n wit deh moons n stars. No tell'n what's go'in on past des walls. Meh patrols beh limited n range. Oi loike tah keep em close tah deh Gates." Says the Perimiter Commander."Oi could go have a look for ye. Push over some rocks or knock over some dead tree stumps...bassard holed up some place after he got his arse kicked n ran...prolly a piss trail his yellow arse left tah somewhere. Oi gots friends n trackers...good folks Oi fought wit befer. Weh can go on out past ye perimiter patrols n report back tah ye if ye loike." Says Griff"Aye foine if ye want Major.
