For the more natury rangers/druids and pcs out there, (although non rangers/druids would have a bit more trouble), would it be possible to add physical nests in the areas where ravens, stirge, howls, and falcons lives to harvest? It would make more sense. This way a ranger or druid would not have to kill the birds to get the feathers.

They could range for about the same as the bee nest/hive and gum arabic trees gets for the harvest.

Development Related Topics (DRT) / Removing circle kick from the feat list.
« on: September 24, 2011, 01:45:05 pm »
Since it just came up about a few years after the post of Rowana was made allowing people to change the feat (up to a date). I'd suggest if at all possible that circle kick be removed from the feat list all together. This would prevent future problem with the feat.

General Discussion / Extrem lag on game servers and forum
« on: September 05, 2011, 04:51:12 pm »
as of 16:31 edt. I and many people have been experiencing extreme lag. When I mean extreme I mean after 5 minutes of waiting for my inventory to open it still wasn't opening. It has also affected the forums

Just writing this for those who might have died and gotten ss's to show that it was a server wide occurrences.

Rumour Has It / Carvings.. and more carvings.
« on: August 10, 2011, 10:31:20 pm »
Those traveling on the road through lake splendor would notice carvings on the trees that follows the road side. The hand writing is of an almost child like nature, as the letters are almost unrecognizable at times. As people would continue to make their way to center, and sit on the benches near the craft hall, they would notice the same carvings on the benches.

General Discussion / OH boy... *shakes his fists at Bioware*
« on: August 03, 2011, 02:38:56 am »
So installed a new HDD today and wanted to make a clean instal of the game on it. Everything is fine until I need to make the update of the game.. and it tells me to get the critical rebuild. I copy the link into my browser, and I ger redirected to the new bioware forum.. no links what so ever to download the critical rebuild.

So.. since Bioware has obviously stopped it's support of the game (there's no download section for the game on their new ea/bioware website that I could find.) Here's the link to the critical rebuilt 1.69 I found on the vault.

Note: If you're using the diamond english version of the game under windows, you'll need this update NWNEnglish1.69HotUUpdate.exe

Just for Fun / The bind stones are your worst enemy!!!
« on: July 14, 2011, 05:45:55 am »
:D

After fighting the rats and getting the pipe clogger deed done, after fighting the undeads in Vehl, facing the scarecrows at a farm, and other tasks set forth. Surviving all the fighting. I decided to Bind for the first time.. yep just had forgotten to do it.

Then I set forth to bring the blackmoors witch her dues, and pang! A bunch of mean, nasty looking, small, and annoying swarm of Mosquito kills my poor Paladin. Not even 10 minutes after binding for the first time!

It's a ploy I say! cursed Bind points are there to make you die!!

NWN Ideas, Suggestions, Requests / Chests logs time and date
« on: October 04, 2010, 08:38:43 pm »
I had to go through the logs today due to the money disappearing in a chest bug. and all the dates are IG dates. I was wondering if could be switched to RL dates. It would be easier for anyone I think to know at a glance when something happened in the chests without having to use the time converter.

General Discussion / Leaving things in npc treasur chest.
« on: September 14, 2010, 03:31:14 pm »
I can I please ask people, new or old (truly wish it wasn't an establish layo player) not to leave things in a treasure chest that is from a npc.

Me and Corrinne nearly died 20 times today to complete the red light quest and to find only a gem settling tool, already identified, no potion or anything else in that npc chest is really, really a bugger.

So next time you get somethings from a locked/trapped npc chest, don't leave anything in it so it respawns correctly.

Thanks.
