Looking for Rufus Coldfinger

Its been noticed as of late, that a group of halflings have been searching for one Rufus Coldfinger. From Inns and Taverns to Market places and farms, they have been questioning many, attempting to remain discreet.

They claim to be working on a Message Delivery Service on behalf of a Third party, and wish only to arrange a meeting between Rufus and the one who has employed them.
