Farros Galdor shall speak for the accused, as well as any arbiters so selected by the Angels Guild as it appears they too are being accused as well.

So, will any half-human witnesses be allowed an escort into the city to testify or watch this justice, or is this more of Hempstead's "discretions"?  I move that the hearing be relocated to neutral ground we can both agree upon, namely the Rofirienite Temple of Vehl.  They are known to be just, and there are no violent regulations in effect that would bar ALL "monstrous" races from attending.

Further, seeing as Hempstead is the plaintiff in this case, none tied to its government should be allowed influence over court proceedings.  Even Rael in Prantz allows the Rofirienites to act as neutral judicating parties during such high profile cases, to ensure to the people that justice is being served with an even hand.  This is evidenced per the precidence set in the case of Prantz vs. Princess Waylend.  Shall we conduct an even more secretive military tribunal than the deep dwarves we bar from the gates do themselves?

Also, no evidence, names of the deceased or other information forthcoming to this case has been made available to either the guild, the defense or the public thus far; it rests solely in the hands of the prosecution.  None even know the names of the guards supposedly murdered.  Trent refused any sort of comment on the matter despite his being there at the crime scene, and none have been permitted to speak to the prisoner prior to the case.  How do we know you're not just brainwashing or torturing him, or tampering with evidence, or even that any such crime has been committed?  All we have is hearsay and rumors.  Failure to disclose such pertinant and vital information shall only result in more of both, as well as raise the risk of vigilanteism or terrorism connected to the case.  If you attempt to try him in your own courts with dubious evidence behind doors closed to all but the ones you select, then few shall see this case as just.

/// Due to GM illness this event is postponed one week.

Sorry for any inconviences this may cause but I really don't think after being up most of the night last night that I can be co-herent to run this tonight. Looking like next Fri would be the next available time or perhaps Sunday.

//It is the only reasonable area with the city to hold a meeting that would not require a dedicated GM to port people in and out.

//Farros Galdor steps down as personal counsel to Muhkuman in protest of this trial.

He then takes a nice long vacation from the realms.
