Is thee any guild clans of some sorts and if yes where could I see them?

Yes there are guilds on the server and you cant see them.
  Which gives me an idea that we should probably ask each guild to do a writeup for LORE.
  But the best way to find out about guilds is probably ingame.  Most people would know of a couple and with some RP I am sure you will find a member of one and then take it from there.
