How do you submit portraits? just attach a TGA file? or submit a rar file? if the later, please explain how do do so for future reference.

      Thanks much.

WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files

You can download WinRAR here.  RAR are a type of Compression Archive for Digital Information, so you can combine large armounts of Data into a single file.

The How Tos should be on the site

And of course, set the compression level to maximum to get the best result when making a compressed file.

For those illiterate: compressed file = smaller requirement of hard drive space, and multiple files Inside one file is possible.

      :)
