Author Topic: Empty chests ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? (Read 230 times)

After the update i logged in and checked my chests ...they now are completely empty ?!?!?!?!?
Since i owe a lot of chests it will be imposible to start to make a list of the contence of those ,is this a glitch in the update ?Or should i report this at Grievences ?

Enzo just noticed this when he went to replace all his items after the remodel

I think we had this issue happen before ... something about persistance deal not working right?

This is probably related to the server maintenance rather than the update itself. Please be patient while we work it out.

Indeed I feel quite patient and pleasent at the moment. However the same occured to me, and as I was storing items to be hold untill after the execution, some of them, well all of them are quite unique and valueable. If you have my sence of humor of course it is a halarious occurance. So Dorg, will we have to fill out dispute/grievences or is this just a matter of a detabase fix?

Should be a database fix. If it ends up to be non-restorable, then grievances would be in order.

What server is this on? Is this for the West server? That is the one I ran in to a problem with but nothing on the database itself has changed....

Let me know if it is the west server. Do NOT use the bank or housing storage systems right now until we sort this out.

It is west and I have been told that central has the same problem should we take our things out of the bank chest since they are there?

The houses that Barion has keys to and checked the chests are : Prantz Haft lake nr.254 and Haven Castle nr.180

Okay... Do NOT store anything in housing storage at this time. The housing storage system is not working for some reason. We think something changed in 1.68 but are not sure at all. Bank storage is working just fine, but housing storage is NOT working. Spread the word please.

It is happening on Central as well. 150 Haft Lake.

I also checked 101 Hlint and all of the chests are empty...

All my things in the bank chests are fine.

I know and I now have three posts in the forums about this.

Do not use the housing storage at this time. Bank storage is fine.
