I think we all pretty much got our rears handed to us.  Except, of course, for those who ran away screaming and crying like little girls.  I only wish Gunther had had the foresight to run away like that.

By the way, for those wondering?  The only one who survived (meaning fought and didn't run away) was Aerimor, who basically saved the beginning of the quest for us

Ha, glad your blind.  I ran out of battle to double shift.  And then didn't survive by much.  Think it was Jenerra that was helping kill those final two, without whoever it was, I might not of had enough health.  They hit really really hard.

No, you don't understand... Batman doesn't use guns.  the ONLY time I've ever seen him use a gun was because he was posessed by this spirit of some other guy and that's why he used a gun.  When he came to and found out that his body used a gun.... ooooooh.... he was MAD.

Pre-1940 Batman used guns and had no remorse about killing criminals.  It was only when they added Robin in Detective Comics #38 that the editors decided to soften him up.

Nowadays he utterly refuses to use a gun, even when fighting giant alien robots in Justice League.

Actually, she watches Justice League Unlimited.  In the final season, Deadman takes over Batman's body, snatches up Devil Ray's discarded harpoon gun, and shoots (and kills) Devil Ray himself.  Batman was indeed very upset (and doubtless felt rather violated.)

Batman's aversion to guns is a fairly recent thing in the story arc, though; the original Detective Comics version, by Bob Kane, used guns, and the Batplane was armed with heavy air-to-air weaponry.  He didn't shoot to kill, though.

Also, in the original episode of Batman Beyond, it's revealed that as Bruce Wayne (and Batman) aged, he developed a heart condition.  When suffering a heart attack while breaking up a robbery, in desperation he picked up a gun and threatened one of the robbers with it.  After this, disgusted with himself, he gave up the cape and cowl.

(And yes, Shiff, I read 'em.)

Edit: As Lonn pointed out, it was only after Robin was introduced that Batman didn't kill people.  He still used guns for some time, even after that point, though.

hehe... ok, so Darkstorme called me out... yep, I watch justice league unlimited... but I prefer batman without guns.  it's a better story line.  just because it's recent doesn't mean it's bad.  Remember... bat shark repellent was once something that he had... thankfully that went away along with the cheesy "holy rusted metal batman!" and the blue rubber suit.  I like the concept.  He's got a achiles heel for everyone, and he's a way better superhero than superman... because he's not super.  he's just way cool, rich as nobody's business, smarter than einstein, and above all... he has an Alfred.

(oh, and I also watch Batman Beyond, and The Batman- I'd say it was because I have a 3 yr old who likes him, but... meh... I admit it... I like him)

I also have the original AVP2 PC-Game, loads of fun!
