@Weeblie, yeah I hear you there. I get a little bummed when I hear of guilds that have a house for most (or all) of their members in addition to having a guildhall...but I also understand why they do it...but still hehe.

But the same sort of thing happens with groups (not as a guild), they tend to have multiple houses within that group. Part of the nature and I understand why...just makes it difficult with the NwN engine and its limitations.

Is it allowed to own a home on both West and Central? I've always wanted a home on West but as everyone knows, there is 0 available all the time. I have the funds for a house and I'd like one on West, even if it is merely a shack with a room or 2.

The normal policy is only one house regardless of continent.

It's actually greatly encouraged to have multiple persons share a house.

There are simply not enough houses for everyone.

You could of course sell your house on Central and buy the one on West if you want. Or maybe rent a room in a house on West?

Why not have an auction with the houses on West?

I think this is a good opportunity for a gold sink as player groups or informal player guilds would band together and make a bid for one of the houses. There's probably too much gold in the game and housing on west is really, really cheap yet they're very sought after.

Did you read my message regarding 188 rillon. I would hate to have it go back up on the market. Mara is a fairly active guild member for the freelancers, though at this time shes really limited to some RL situations that are beyond my control. please reply thanks.
as for the conversations with Dorganath they were all OOC Tells. he did recall them though.

Was just waiting on Dorganath to comment on this, nothing will be done to 188, we'll need to work out the arrangement to get it in your name though.

Vigg/Varkas house is for sale.

Before the update (26.10) I took all items out of the house. (Around the 23-25th)
Now 1-2 weeks later when I wanted to put the things back - the house is for sale...

What to do about it?
House: Loriander 204, outskirts of castle Raxswell

The owner of the house is Vigg - it was in his name.

I just got back after a break for a couple of months and found that my house was up for sale i was wondering if it´s possible to get that it and the items inside it back. Due to an pregnant and really demanding girlfriend

i havent found the time to play that i had before and therefore i missed to answear to this thread.the house is outside Lorindar number 208 and the character is Gorfind Je´rein. There is also another character living there, Giddo Copperhill
