Have you ever actually tried shooting a 15-lb draw bow with your feet? Provided a way to get your feet high enough that you have the bow off the ground, it's not hard. The bow she was using was MAYBE 15 pounds worth of draw, with suction-cup arrows. A nifty skill, but not as impressive as it looks.

Then again, maybe my toes are just strong. o.o

EDIT: Though admittedly, the bending... The bending was wow.
