The oldest non DM character still around with any regularity probably is Eight Bit. I dunno for sure though. I'm not around anymore. I'd like to be, but I like eating more than I like new hard drives and I'm not about to delete things I use for school. I knew 120gig wasn't enough.

There are two things I liked to do when I DMed questing. The first one was to let players do whatever they wanted in terms of resting, it's annoying espically because most of the time people will complain in the DM channel to rest.
They just do it at their own risk, as they did with everything on my quests.
The second is a tip I have for current and future GMs. Pick someone you know, can trust, and that RPs well enough to be your GMs Little Helper. Tell them when the group is burning time with pointless arguments and get them to take some action.
The third tip I have is to balance your quests to require as fell spells as possible and make this fact known. When a Cleric burns their entire spellbook just to melee, it bogs the quest down with infinite quarterly-hour resting which is a real drag when it comes to being interested and involved in your own quest.

Yeah Milty, I think you can go without a bottle or two of Soda :p As someone paying off college loans while taking tens of thousands more on I can tell you that 5 dollars goes a long way when it comes to food. Soda is for the rich ones. Let's not forget about how Americans are going to be adopting a barter system in the next four years, as we dig through our back yards looking for shiny rocks to trade at the market for corn meal.

Dude all computer kits these days come with instructions that are as easy to follow as lego directions. The hardest part is mounting the CPU fan if you go intel. Build your own and you save 1000 USD.

So a minor update! I had to delete NWN for space for utilities for classes. It was a wicked bummer but let's face it, I don't play anymore. I'm sticking around for the MMO, but to be honest I'm not feeling like I'll be into it like I was NWN's layonara. It's a different time in my life, and time is really the issues.
I'm moving to Ohio in January. We haven't picked a location yet but we're looking to be within 30 minutes of Mason.
