Sorry, but there are just so many types of pie. Fruit pies, veggy pies, meat pies, the famous sheapherd's pie... I mean, cake is cake, but pie is forever!

Cake.  Chocolate cake with peppermint filling and crushed peppermint candies on top.

I kind of have a thing for mint, eh?

pie. and not the fruit filling in a can, pre-made crust type. I'm talking... crust from scratch, roll it out, make the pudding for the filling or cut the fruit up and then bake in your oven so the whole house fills with the smell of baking pie. No premade ingredients what so ever.

I am a pie extremist. I'll take a cake made from scratch too, but I'd rather have a pie.

Pie, if only for the opportunity to do a South Park impression and order my wife into the kitchen!

Cake.  You can do so much more with a cake than with a pie.
